I’m writing to share my experience regarding the recent invoice for my hosting plan.
Unfortunately, this has been a disappointing experience. The plan is scheduled to begin on 19/04/2026, and despite requesting cancellation of the renewal plan before the service start date, the process has not been smooth.
As a developer and a company CEO, I value transparency and customer-friendly policies. Based on this experience, I’m unlikely to purchase services from MilesWeb again, nor recommend the platform within my professional network.
