DO NOT BUY - AWFULL COMPANY BASED IN CHINE NOT UK

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The dress I received looked nothing like what was advertised online, the quality, fit, and overall appearance were completely different from the pictures.
When I requested a refund, I was told I had to return the item to China at my own expense, which was already frustrating. I paid for the postage and sent it back, only to be told later that they had never received it. They even told my CC company they did not received it so my charge back failed
To make matters worse, six months later the parcel was returned to me because it had not been collected on their end. I was left out of pocket for both the dress and the return shipping, with no resolution or accountability from the company.
Overall, very poor customer service and a misleading product. I would not recommend buying from them.

A complete waste of time the quality of…

A complete waste of time the quality of the sandles are so poor . It like the sole is just stuck on with glue. Return for a refund back in August only just received my package back today. Paid £76.00 for 2 pairs of sandals, total waste of money . Please do not order they are scammers should be reported to roag traders.

This company is a SCAM.

I have had exactly the same experience as the others who have posted here. I bought a pair of shoes from "Milford UK" in June last year, but when they arrived in August they were nothing like the description and, more importantly, they sent me a size smaller than I had ordered, so they were unwearable. I asked for a refund, but was initially offered 10% (gradually increasing to 30%) they said this was to avoid me having to pay the courier fees to return the goods to China (which is their "returns policy"). I refused anything less than a full refund as they had sent me the wrong size. So I paid the courier fees to return them to the address they gave me in China. I was told that within 3 days of their receipt at the return address they would issue me with a refund.
5 months after I sent them back, the shoes have this week been delivered back to me, saying the the addressee refused to accept the delivery. This is clearly a business model operated by the company, and they are a complete con. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I brought two dresses back in the summer. When they arrived they were not the correct size and of a completely inferior quality. After numerous email exchanges I managed to obtain the returns address to enable me to obtain a refund. The item was sent on 28th June. Today the parcel has come back to me advising that the parcel was REFUSED. By doing this this scam company have evaded and avoided their responsibility of refunding my money. I have given a one star review as there was nothing lower. Please do not waste your money with this company.

This company should not be allowed to…

This company should not be allowed to trade.
When I asked for a refund, they tried to fob me off with a partial refund etc. Out of principle I stuck to my guns returning the dress to China at huge expense. On receiving the package back from China unopened 2 months later, contacted Milford Manchester.
Naturally have heard NOTHING. They should not be allowed to trade.

If I could give a minus score I would

If I could give a minus score I would! Having returned items at my expense last August to China… guess what? They have returned the parcel to me… total scam/ scum! Under no circumstances use this ‘company’ which doesn’t exist anymore. I have sent multiple emails, initially getting responses. But they soon stopped. I am now out of pocket the cost of the items and postage to a China. Not happy at all.

A complete Sham of a “company”!
Still waiting for my refund of over £50 and I returned the items back to them.
This has been going on for months.
PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NAME!
They are nowhere near England, or Manchester!!
Shoddy work and ill fitting dress.

It is not. The address is Wang Maoqin Lane 1177 jianian Road Meixu Street Yinzhou District Ningo ZIP code 315100 Zhejiang China. Do Not Deal with them a complete scam and definitely do not honour returns.

Awful quality & material... Had to claim refund through bank who were then able to obtain monies from Milford - Hence made the return process very difficult & lengthy!

I ordered a jump suit was not happy with the quality and asked to return. I had 1 email asking why I wanted to return and then they have not advised further even though I have email 4 times. Poor quality product and poor service.

They are right out thieves

They are right out thieves. VERY poor quality and will do anything to avoid giving you a refund. First offering 10% off, then 20% and a final offer of 30% refund. I refused, they finally accepted my return, which they insisted on recorded delivery and send them proof of return. It cost me £17 to return by Royal Mail. It’s been in China since 9th September. The last email I received from them was thanking me for sending proof of delivery. Every subsequent email has been ignored and needless to say no refund received.

Do not be taken in by this company

Do not be taken in by this company. They are full of fine words but do not keep their promises. I ordered some " orthopaedic" sandals and was shocked when they eventually arrived that they were not in a box but squashed together in a plastic bag. They were totally unsuitable and so I wanted to return them. The company, which is not based in Manchester, at first offered me 10% of the purchase price, then 20% and finally 30% but I stuck to my guns and returned them to China. I obtained a tracking No. and waited. Needless to say, they have disappeared into a black hole.
This company is not to be trusted so please do not use them.

Use this company at your peril.

Ordered a dress for a wedding back in August and it took over 3 weeks to arrive as doesn’t advertise the fact the clothes are made in China.
Material and sizing were dreadful so I requested a refund and instructions on how to return.
Only reply was offering an exchange which I refused.
Since then even after several emails I have had no response so I’ve got an awful made in china dress and am out of pocket by £30.
Use this company at your peril
Absolute scammers.

I ordered a dress which was 18-20 but more like 14-16. Asked to return realised they were in china not Manchester. Had to spend £15 returning dress sent proof of delivery but refund not received and customer services no longer answering email (they were when trying to get me to have discount rather than refund)
