Horrible company! I ordered, returned & was issued a store credit. Now they’re apparently out of business & kept my money. Shouldn’t have wasted my money on the return or this lousy company.

bought a jacket, returned jacket, got issued a $75 merchandise credit only & then then go under & are no longer in business. they don't let any customers know & now I'm out $75. horrible customer service to do that. I filed a BBB claim. Better Business Bureau

Horrible service I ordered something back in December and returned the item, I wanted to exchange for a different size, I never received Any response from them for a store credit or a refund for the item purchase. I have sent several emails, tried calling And no response. I contacted the BBB they did not respond to them either. Terrible do not order from them !!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I sent back clothes in December and still have not received a credit. I have emailed multiple times and I get no response. The clothes are SUPER cheap quality!!!

I ordered several items, never got a dress, was charged for it-no refund, no return messages, Will NEVER buy from there again- disappointing!!!! Shame o you for charging innocent buyers and not offering a refund. Shame on you!

I placed an order in early November - received a month later - but was not what I ordered. I returned it and they agreed to send the correct item. Never received the correct item. Refused to refund. Allegedly I got a store credit, but the company appears to be out of business. Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE- TERRIBLE COMPANY! I ordered two pair of sandals and never received them. They didn't answer phone calls or emails so I put a stop payment through my bank for the charge. The bank however received feedback from them fighting the claim, so there is clearly someone on the other end! Just not for their customers. I never received my money or my shoes. FRAUDULENT Terrible Business.

my husband ordered 285.00 worth of clothing from Military Hippie for Christmas 2019! two different orders. one for 50.00, the other for 232.94 I got a crappy pair of fuzzy PJ bottoms that looked like they came from the dollar store if not worse, and a faux fur vest that looked like it was made from the fur of an old teddy bear.....ugh!!! AWFUL!!!! Never received another thing, and the company said they refunded 196.97 of one order(which was never put into our account) so pretty much got screwed out of 285.00 from this company!!!!!!

I returned 65.00 worth of items and was told I'd have a merchandise credit. The items were for my daughter, I've never seen anything else I/we liked and if we did it wasn't available. So it's been a year now and I can't even find the email with the credit so I lost the money. They should have refunded it. I'm in Delray Beach, not far from their location.. I may just show up there.

I ordered a pair of sandals and the buckle broke the first time I wore them. I’m not hard on my shoes but these sandals were of such terrible quality, I wasn’t surprised. It took forever to receive this item in the first place and when I tried getting information on my order, no on one ever emailed or called me back. I ended up throwing these sandals away because I knew it would be close to impossible to get any sort of refund. Fraudulent company for sure - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Very disappointed!! I used this company 2 years ago and it was amazing, I purchased a jacket that ripped to shreds and they gave me store credit. Now I can't use it. What a waste of money

They charged me twice for an order. I got the product and it was so cheap and fell apart. Took them 2 months to refund my over-charge . One year ago they had amazing clothing, now they must outsource to China. And no customer service or ability to return. Do not buy.

Horrible. Never receive products that was placed in January.
Customer service didn't exist in this company.

Keep waiting but now will dispute my charge.

I too have a gift card that I am unable to use. I’m out $50 . I tried to get a refund but not successful . Not good!!

This is a Pathetic company. Trust me! I Ordered a gift for my wife 4 months ago and never received the item or a refund. I tried to communicate with them, but they did not care to ever help me. Sad.

I bought several Christmas gifts ordered them in November spent well over 100$ I received the item after Christmas which was to late I had to get other gifts. I emailed for return policy they told me to send everything back and get a credit. I received a credit to use only through another purchase but they had no items available to buy in website no answer on the phone mailbox was always full. No response to at least 5 emails. If they knew they were closing they should of refunded my card. I either want merchandise or a refund back to me. How awful to take from someone when you know you will not have anything to offer. I have been trying for someone to respond since January. Did they go out of bussiness

I have purchased many items from this company last year and the quality was perfect. However I ordered a sweater on December 2, 2019 and still have not received this item. After about 12 emails with no response, and I called their phone number listed on website it is a recording stating “leave a message” and than it says mailbox is full cannot leave message. I am VERY IRATE for I feel they have stolen my money. Does anyone know if they are out of business or what the deal is?

I have to say in the past approx a year ago I had ordered 3 items from Military Hippie and they are very nice quality, wash up well, very true to american size standards, and I get lots of compliments on them when I wear them. I ordered a item around Christmas time, the order never came I contacted them several times FINALLY I just got a short response to my 5th email that "the amount would be refunded to my PayPal account". I believe this company changed hands and went under.
