they are a waste of your time and effort. They botch and bollix everything up! They do not even know how to proccess credit card that everybody else uses including amazon. I can only imagine the inferiority of any product by them.

i am less than impressed with Military Surplus, i ordered 2 pairs of trainers and received email as follows;

We would like to inform you that your order no. 110192 is being processed and we are awaiting delivery of some products to complete it. We would highly appreciate your patience in awaiting the order completion. As soon as all the products necessary for the order completion are available you will be informed and we will proceed with its fulfillment.

I have not received an email since and its been over a month ago. I have tried calling them and cannot get through, and im starting to wonder whether these people are a scam outfit. VERY DISAPPOINTED and eagerly awaiting some feedback.

Very poor customer service

Got order confirmation and email about payment. Paid and immediately got a notification that the time from order to payment was overdue.

After contact with shop all issues resolved and goods received!

All items ordered were not in stock!
6 weeks to receive order and even then one item was not as ordered.
Best to shop elsewhere.

I ordered a Böker knife sharpener - which is not Böker.
Anyway the sharpener is good also for idi@ts like me. It sharpens the knives very well.
When I ordered, the item was on stock according to order confirmation. Than it was not on stock - I had to wait a month to get it. It is recommended to organize your webshop better.

4 stars since I still had to ask when the package came with paid express shipping! The military telescope glass, on the other hand, is flawless! Thank you.

To put it simple my experience was great the package came surprisingly quick and nothing was out of the ordinary as far as i know.

I read these reviews after placing my order and got slightly worried - especially because I chose bank transfer as payment option - but everything went without a hitch. I ordered a classic cold-war era Romanian backpack that's out-of-stock in most other surplus stores, but this one being based in Romania gave me hope. Lo an behold, I am now the happy owner of a rucksack, all within the span of ten days.
As for the product itself, it's leather and canvas and - at the price of ten euros - ridiculously cheap for its materials. Sturdy as it is, it's going to be my new fishing and archery backpack. Would buy again, very happy with my purchase.

My experience with Military Surplus had its minor hiccups, but overall, I'm pleased with the product I received and would also buy in the future.

The jackets I ordered matched the pictures on the website and were in good condition. They met my expectations and I'm happy with their quality.

However, I did encounter some payment issues where I was asked to make multiple payments, despite having already paid. It was a slight inconvenience, but the matter was eventually resolved.

The customer support team, although their responses were brief, was responsive and addressed my concerns promptly.

While there were some glitches with the payment process, the product itself was satisfactory. I appreciate Military Surplus for delivering the jackets as advertised, and I would consider shopping with them again in the future.

Overall, my experience with Military Surplus was positive, and I recommend them for their quality products despite the minor payment hiccups.

Customer Service were nice they kindly waived the "unlisted" DHL extra shipping fee of $26.20 that does not appear on their web site Customer Service were happy to send the jumper for free and I became one happy customer I would recommend Military Plus.

I ordered something from their website and didn’t receive it or a refund. It’s almost been a month now and I’ve not been able to get hold of anyone to speak to. Terrible customer service. I’ve now got to go through my bank to try and get a refund.

- Ordered items for around 50€
- Almost none turned out to be available, even things that dont have different sizes to account for
- Lengthy waiting for mails for finding alternatives
- Wrong items arrive (wrong sizes, some stuff that I never ordered)
- Never got my money back

I don't get why people leave such bad reviews. It's true some things seem to be in stock but in reality aren't, but the staff notified me, offered an alternative that was in stock and refunded the difference in a reasonable time frame. They were quick to respond to emails and helpful throughout the process. I would buy again.

Ordered several items, that was in stock. After 10 days they send me email and asking for partial cancel my order in terms of there are some items not in stock.
