Beautiful, meaningful piece. I can't believe how pretty breastmilk and hair can be. Lauren gave thoughtful advice about the design to suit my inclusions, and the craftsmanship is truly excellent.

However, the communication during the process was extremely poor. Multiple emails went unanswered, I had to chase repeatedly for basic timeline information. With a 12-week process and something this meaningful, customers deserve timely responses.

The final piece is beautiful, but the service experience fell short.

I ordered a breast milk ring. It is so beautiful and much better than expected. I love how many design options and photos of previous designs there were. It made it really easy to visualise what you wanted. Honest about estimated time it would take. Worth the wait!!

I breastfed my daughter for 19 months. We giggle saying that if she could, she would still be. I knew I wanted to celebrate this milestone and emotional journey I had as a Mama. I always knew this was my first and only experience of breastfeeding. I researched from January 2024 to October 2024. I wanted to perfect forever piece. And then I found Milk and Stone. I don’t have to ever take off my ring. It’s waterproof - so it stays with me all the time. I am complimented on the ring daily and the expression on people’s faces when I tell them “It’s my breastmilk” is priceless. I have the La Mer in gold and have stacked it with my original wedding band. Will be forever grateful to Milk and Stone for my most treasured piece of jewellery 🫶🏼
