AVOID!! You spend all this money on the watery and order replacement filters, to be told when you don’t receive them almost 4 months later, that they haven’t got them in stock but still allow you to buy them on the website. Customer service just send a generic email when you enquire about your order. Absolutely shocking and their business address on company house is actually a derelict house. SHOCKING!! Give me my money back

I have placed an order for replacement filters almost 3 months ago, my money has been taken and still no replcement filters, when customer service actually reply to you you keep getting excuses like they are waiting for stock or had to fufill previous orders. There is no contact number nd the customer service reply team if they exist are very poor.

Faulty product was shipped. Seller refused to issue refund after sending it back. No product, no refund, no response by emails.

The filters i ordered have still not arrived. I ordered on the 5 April 2026. Almost 2 months.

I must do a review but I still have not receive my filters

Everything was good. But you promissed to send me container for water because this one is broken. But still nothing.

The water tank I received was broken and still waiting for replacement. More than six months and no show because they don’t have this replacement on their warehouse in Europe

Many months later am still waiting for my refund with no reply from them. Machine didn't work as expected. I was told to return for a refund as they had a 100 day money back guarantee. All attempts for this refunds have failed. No machine. No money

It has a good customer service, fast reaction and solving my issue quickly. Product is amazing.

Purchased 2 of the reverse osmosis water filters, total waste of money as I now have 2 really expensive door stops as I have been unable to buy replacement filters for the last 3 months as they are permanently out of stock in the uk

Well..them filters still in transit since February.🤣🤣🤣.£350 waist of money,filters not available for months.😑😑😑😑😑

Excellent product producing high quality water hot or cold. It was so good I now have one at my flat in Italy which is saving me the hassle of buying endless bottles of mineral water.

I have not been able to order filters for months, obviously out of trial period! So I have a useless machine. I bought this with my credit card so will attempt a refund that way. Just don't bother with this, get one from a known brand that you trust.

No filters for months.
No communication about there being an issue until I raised a concern- 6 weeks ago was told they would resolve this by sending me filters. Appalling customer service. Ridiculous to sell a machine that cannot be used as they can’t source the parts.

I experience great service with good communication through out, keep doing great job and continue give us quality product.

Ordere new filters but stated could not deliver PR filter to my address.
So now I have a machine that does not transfer water from the back water tank to the front pouring jug.

I’ve done previous reviews on this company. I’ve since discovered that the address they use at companies house is a derelict house with a bailiff notice on the door and the unit on their website address doesn’t exist. I’ve reported them to trading standards (as have many others).

Should have bought one years ago. So handy for tea and coffee. The water is hot as it says and starts in seconds.Help me drink more water as well. Looked about for a few months checking reviews, glad I picked this one.

I’ve had my Milky Plant water machine since December 2025, and I can honestly say I’m 100% happy with it.

The water is absolutely wonderful — fresh, clean, and it tastes just as real water should. You can genuinely tell there’s none of the rubbish or strange taste that comes from ordinary tap water. In fact, when you go back and try normal tap water afterwards, the difference is unbelievable.

I recently had a small issue after changing the AFC filter, where the pitcher stopped filling correctly. However, I contacted support, and the problem was sorted within 24 hours. The customer service was absolutely excellent.

A special thank you to Erica, who was extremely helpful, efficient, and professional throughout. It’s refreshing these days to deal with staff who genuinely care and respond so quickly.

The machine itself has been brilliant from day one, and I would happily recommend Milky Plant to anybody thinking about improving the quality and taste of their drinking water.
