Great company

Great company, great prices, prompt early delivery!!! The goods were carefully packaged with no damaged boxes leaking cat litter everywhere…. highly recommend xx

Friendly staff and good choice of items

Friendly staff and a good range of items for pets, horses and giftware at the Whitby store. It's nice to visit for a browse, especially when there is a clothing sale. We came in for a large bag of kibble for our dog and came out with this and a few adorable tops for our little granddaughter!

Unfortunately not a positive trip this…

Unfortunately not a positive trip this time. I picked up a product with a shelf price that was not represented at the till. I questioned this - it wasn’t checked or verified.
I was told it would be sorted then still charged the higher price. I questioned this & was told it was being amended. I questioned false advertising but was still charged the higher price.
