I have visited this shop a number of times in the past my latest visit today, the range of fabric is extensive, I have bought quite a few items from there however their customer service skills need to be improved. The young lady on the sales desk is often on her phone, she can be quite snippy with her replies (pardon the pun). She’s not really interested in any questions you may have she just cuts you off mid sentence with her replies.
I use this shop when I need to but would prefer to go elsewhere.

I like a lot of the fabrics, the thicker paper used for your patters. Your website is easy to use.
The above three reasons, plus for me an essential, 'in person' customer service with a phone number; which was the very reason that I recommended Mill Creations last Thursday. I've enjoyed and been thankful for the caring customer service that I've received from Isabel.

Great shopping experience with a personal touch. I purchased a sewing machine for my wife’s birthday. Isabel was kind enough to deliver it personally as we live locally.

High quality fabric, described and pictured accurately. Packed with care. A couple of thoughtful swatches were included in the parcel (that I liked), congruent with what I had ordered, it wasn't just a tick box exercise, there was attention to detail in what was chosen.

A really beautiful shop filled with lovely fabrics, patterns, sewing machines and haberdashery for all your sewing needs. I used the pattern printing service and will definitely use it next time I need a pattern printing out as it was great value, quick and the printout was really good quality on lovely paper.

Discovering Mill Creations was a life saver. My daughter had found a pattern for a prom skirt which came as a PDF download. Instead of having to print and stick together 84 pages of A4 standard paper I uploaded to Mill Creations and they printed it A0 size on pattern paper and posted out to my Mum directly.

Fast delivery and the item arrived with a lovely, thoughtful hand-written note.

First time buyer. Purchased 3 metres of plaid cotton gauze and it arrived within 3 working days (no plastic packaging, which was great). The fabric is lovely and of excellent quality. Looking forward to making a nice blouse.

I ordered a PDF pattern and it wasn’t delivered with the order. Usually PDF patterns come immediately. I emailed the next day and it was rectified.

Arrived fairly quickly and was well packaged in paper.

I am very pleased with the quality of the material and the design is also perfect, however I am disappointed with the background colour as I asked for Grey and the colour I received is Beige… this is the reason for only 4 stars.. the delivery time was excellent..

Excellent value, quick turn around and gracious in the face of inexperienced customers. I will definitely use their pattern printing service again and recommend it to my friends.
