Millennium Pest Control Ltd Reviews 

It was complicated, as I was keyholder for the person selling her parent's empty property and friend of the buyer whose surveyor found the huge wasps' nest in the loft. However, I was given clear instructions about gaining written permission for Millennium to enter the property, had a 2hr time slot given the previous day and a phone call when there was only 20 mins left on the time. However the work was completed within minutes of the end of given time.

Having been woken by scrabbling noises and movements in the roof, Millennium dealt with my call swiftly and very helpfully explaining what would happen for the payment. The Millennium pest controller was very thorough, gave very practical advice to prevent further rats reaching the loft and returned in 2 weeks to assess success and collect remaining rat poison. No further scrabbling noises in the loft. So problem seems solved. A resounding recommendation of their services.

Waking up at 4.30 am today to a scratching sound above my ceiling was unnerving to say the least. Despite being really busy they have come out today and completed what was needed. Firm and friendly instructions from Richard as to what I need to do going forward and I feel so relieved. His advice has been taken on board. Thank you.

This company saved me when another let me down!! I was terrified I had bed bugs, have not slept properly for a month! The ladies on the phone were very patient with me as I called them many times and often in tears! Jamie attended today to do an assessment and he was so lovely and reassuring as soon as he walked in the door! He did such a thorough check of everything as I was present and honestly made me feel so much better! No evidence found and so I feel so much more at ease. I will remain vigilant but any problems, I know exactly who I will use, this company! They were recommended to me by someone who had a whole house infestation and eradicated it for her so I knew I wanted them! A lot more cost friendly compared to another company I was going to use! Anyway, really positive experience during a stressful time, I will always use these guys but hopefully won’t need to! Thank you Jamie for your kindness and reassuring words!
