Item received was a much smaller size and unusable. Company wouldn’t accept return and wouldn’t provide a refund. This company is in China and uses bait and switch to steal your money. Don’t become another victim!

This site is fraudulent. I ordered a 2XL jacket and when it finally came is was the same size as a medium in ladies. I reached out to the company a number of times with zero response.

Total scam. Their website shows a storefront location which does not exist and the image is obviously AI generated. Fake "going out of business sales". They have another website for a business Eden Toronto which is virtually identical and also "going out of business".

I bought a dress from an ad! When I recieved it, I did not like the quality and started a return/refund process. After many back and forth they agreed to it but I have to pay the shipping cost. That was very dissapointed, but I just wanted to get it done.
In the instructions they asked to be mailed with a tracking number. I went to the post office, but it will cost me more to send with the tracking number that the actual refund. Even so it is called Miller's Canada, I had to send to China. I decided to send it regular which still cost me $15
That was October 29, 2024. Since then I have emailed several times to find out if they recieve the dress, at the beginning they said they cannot track without a tracking number and now they're just not responding. Despite I have explained several times that the cost was greater that the actual refund to send it that way.

Please avoid this company. The quality of the dress was awful and until today and after spending $15 on shipping costs, they are completely ignoring me

Facebook scam. I started from Waverly-Toronto and then did a reverse photo search on the item and found Millers-Canada with same item for $50 less. Once I got onto Trustpilot, I looked closely at the picture on the main screen and the company name on the storefront of Waverly-Toronto and it looks photoshopped. My bad. TGTBT.

Back in November 2024, I orderd two men’s tops as Christmas gifts. After Christmas,I contacted the company saying the one top had black marks on it and both tops were not the quality as advertised. I asked to send back and was told I would need to ship the package to China, at my cost. These items were shipped to me from Ontario, so why now should I ship to China. Told policy but they could give me 20% money back and I keep items. When I found out the cost to ship was more than I paid for items! Contacted them again and basically I should have talked to the wall. Horrible customer service and false advertising with photos! Do NOT buy any product from this company!!!

Total scam! Pretends to be a Canadian company but shipment is from China.
Must send returns to China, minimum $50 to mail to the address given, although the mailing label to me was from Vancouver.
They offered to give me a $16 refund on a $80 purchase.

I ordered two sweaters for my husband for Christmas on 22-Nov-2024 and received word that they were in transit as of 29-Nov-2024. When approaching Christmas, I emailed many times and received lame excuses for their whereabouts.

I requested that they cancel the order and refund me, but was told that as the order was in shipment, they were unable to cancel.

Finally, on 10-Jan-2025, I received the shipment and am extremely disappointed! The material is very poor quality and very ugly.

When I emailed saying I wanted to return them, they provided an address in China. I said I would only return to a Canadian address and was offered a 20% refund and keep the sweaters.

COMPLETE GARBAGE! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

They call it Millers Canada, yet shipping is from China and returns go back to China at purchasers expense! Crap quality clothing! Buyer beware!!!

This is NOT a Canadian company! Item shipped from China. Took 7 weeks to arrive. Very disappointing quality, DEFINITELY NOT worth the price!! Do not order from them.

Zero stars if I could. The item I purchased was so cheaply made. It was nothing like the photos. It failed to meet the advertised quality.

After contacting customer support about my dissatisfaction, I was offered a partial refund, which I find unsatisfactory. Given the product’s clear failure to meet basic standards, I believe a full refund would have been the fair and appropriate solution.

Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this product or company to others. It’s frustrating to deal with a product that doesn't meet expectations and then face an unsatisfactory refund offer.

i tried to return my comfort cushion and the email to Millers canada (not allowed to show their email address which must be shut down ) would not go through . it said invalid recipient ! the cushion is not what it appears to be on the pics. it is smaller and certainly not sturdy enough to even support a child let alone an adult. ordered dec-8 2024 but only arrived jan-13-2025 do i feel ripped off ? absolutely Any returns to be sent to central warehouse in Asia at purchasers cost. good luck trying to return an item to them. STAY AWAY

Lucky to have given a one star. My jacket looks nothing like what I ordered the material is so very disappointing. Never again, they don't even deserve the one star I gave them. Pretty bad to rip people off like you do.
No tags inside it, this is garbage.

Like many previous reviews POOR QUALITY.... POOR SERVICE... DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THE STORE THAT CLOSES FOREVER LAST WEEK. I guess the container finally unloaded on Canadians hard earned pennies.

Well ditto here. After waiting a long time after the postal strike the sweaters arrived and were just as described by reviewers, cheaply made from inferior materials. Add to this the no fit sleeves and the buttons on the wrong side well you get the drift. My own fault for not checking the reviews first and ordering from a pretty picture.

In Nov 25 from Canada, I ordered a cable knit sweater, or so I believed from Millers. Actually received in Jan but there had been a one month postal strike.My notes of concern over many weeks were always answered politely. What I received is a cheap acrylic printed shirt.not even close to a sweater..worth perhaps one third of what I paid. Not pleased at all

Product is not what it was made out to be
Cheap material of poor quality & made in China. Efforts to get my money back had them wanting me to return the product to China not Millers Canada, which would cost almost the $60 I paid. I Finally asked them just to give me the 20% they offered & keep the item. Website says closing. Figured!!! Scammer company extremely poor customer service and support!

Complete scam. Ordered with delivery promised before Christmas and as of Jan 10, 2025, no order and several BS excuses with no eta on delivery or a legitimate tracking number. Chinese companies should be banned from scamming legit consumers in Canada.
