I can see from your order that you ordered one of our "First Size Double Pom Hats". This does state in the product description that this One Size and fits 0-1 months. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on personalised items due to these being made to order.

Stunning items received great quality and beautifully packaged. Item was for a baby shower and the mother to be fell in love with the item immediately and said it had to be the baby’s coming home outfit. Customer service was great too
