Visited the store in Tattershall way
Visited the store in Tattershall way , Louth today to purchase a pram.
The service was excellent, we were served and very well looked after by Sophie.
She kindly demonstrated lots of prams and car seats. Sophie was very kind , polite and courteous.
We purchased a pram and car seat and are so very happy .

Exceptional goods but poor delivery
The good bought were exceptional as always , beautiful cardigan and tremendous pjs ,however, a Careless mistake was made when transferring the delivery address to dpd, the wrong address was added resulting in my daughter not receiving the parcel that I ordered on next day delivery.
I emailed the company and the goods were resent but of course arrived another 2 days later . Which was a shame.

Please note my parcel was not at a neighbours address in fact we were unable to locate the house the parcel was left at, we most certainly did not collect the first parcel as we are extremely honest as you can see by my review .
I stated the goods received were exceptional quality as always but the express delivery failed .

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I'm sorry to hear that your parcel was incorrectly addressed with a neighbouring house number. Sadly our team are only human and mistakes occasionally do happen. This was of course rectified as soon as you notified us and a replacement order sent. I'm sorry to see that this meant you rated our service just 2 stars. Upon arranging a retrieval collection of the parcel with DPD sadly the homeowner advised that they no longer had this an d this had been collected.

I can see from your order that you ordered one of our "First Size Double Pom Hats". This does state in the product description that this One Size and fits 0-1 months. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on personalised items due to these being made to order.
