Excellent service from Olivia at Millie & Ralph

I recently ordered a Venicci bundle and, while there were some delays on the manufacturer's side due to the bank holiday and high demand, the customer service at Millie & Ralph was top-tier.

Olivia was incredibly helpful and kept me updated throughout. Most impressively, the team offered to split my order and dispatch the car seat and ISOFIX base separately from their own warehouse so I wasn't left waiting for the rest of the bundle to arrive from Venicci. Truly went above and beyond, thank you!

We are extremely saddened to read your review. The review invitation you received is sent automatically by Trustpilot and isn't a joke as you suggested. The Venicci bundle you ordered is on a estimated delivery timescale of around 14 working days so based on the order date this is still within this timeframe taking into account weekends and bank holidays.
I noted that your stated communication is poor however we wouldn't reach out to update you unless this was to be expected past the quoted lead time.
It is extremely disappointing that you choose to leave this review of our small business instead to reaching out to us via our contact email where we would be more than happy to look into and update you on an order.

Customer service is horrendous

I tried to buy some baby clothes for my daughters new born little girl and the card I was using did not go through. There customer service was terrible just saying it was my cards fault despite telling them several times that I have been on to the card company and also fraud department and there was nothing wrong with my card infact the payment had not been collected from their card company. But they would not have it, would not help. I have now ordered the items elsewhere who were lovely and my goods are on their way. This company has beautiful clothes but NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would advise you to shop elsewhere.

UPDATE: as to your reply to my review. NO THIS WAS NOT DONE OVER THE BANK HOLIDAY - I ordered the goods on Thursday 2.4.26 morning and e-mailed you that day twice! At that point I had spoken to my bank and they said that they could see the payment in "PENDING" which means your Stripe company had not collected it. I did explain this but you just fobbed me off with it was my card company or my fault. Yes, I did try the card several times on the advise of my card company who is TSB so that they could see exactly what your card company was doing - each time the payment had gone through on my side and the payment was pending and not collected from your Stripe card company! If I run a small business or not is nothing to do with the customer service I have received. As I said I have used you before and had no problems, but this time it was very stressful as I did not know if I had been scammed or what was going on. I ordered the goods from another company and had a pleasant experience and they will be with me tomorrow. Bit of a difference!

We are extremely saddened to see that you chose to leave a 1 star review based on your experience. With regards to the issue with yorur payment, this was fully looked into and you were provided with the response from Stripe support regarding this. They advised fully that the payment was declined by your bank and the full reasoning behind the "do_not_honor" response and that this needed to be resolved by yourself with your bank. As you attempted payment a further 15 times these were also blocked for security reasons. We use Stripe payments to process all payments and have no influence over whether payments are declined. We would also note that these email exchanges to help resolve this with you were over the bank holiday weekend whilst our offices were closed in order to try and help you. Based on this we are so saddened that you say we have no customer service and also particularly as the details provided show that you also run a family business yourself.

Beautiful quality baby clothes, just that extra bit special. Excellent customer service as they immediately offered me an alternative when the item I ordered wasn't available. Fast delivery and well packaged. I definitely recommend Millie and Ralph

Quick delivery and good quality

The quality and delivery of product was fantastic. The actual product is too short in body and the arms and legs too long as it was 0-3 months expectation for a one month old is that it would last at least a few weeks. However it did the job for Easter week as a present for first Easter.
