Same but not .......

The same, as always, excellent product, pricing and prompt delivery which get my normal 5 star rating.

However my experience in purchasing those few items rates at about a 3 star so I've settled with the shown 4 stars. I'm not a fan of the new website at all, wasn't easy to find what I was looking for even though I'd ordered it before off the old site, no account to log in to, no purchase history etc. In the past I've logged into my purchase history to track the order progress and get GST invoices. I had to email to get the GST invoice for this order. Overall it took way too long, time I won't get back.

Side note. Came across an item last night that I'd quite like, listed with it were two optional accessories (actually service parts rather than accessories so will be needed at some point) but after extensive searching I couldn't find these accessories/parts on the site anywhere. Cross that off my wishlist.

Sorry for the rant Matt but you may have lost me.

Thanks for the feedback, we appreciate your honesty and agree we have had a few teething issues and unfortunately change also brings some unwanted changes.

We are constantly trying to improve and have now added in the full search function, if you jump back on the website you should be able to easily find what you are looking for, would be great if you would have another go.

If this is the product that had the missing accessories it was a timing issue as we are constantly uploading new products

Unfortunately the delivery courier dropped the parcel off at my tenants flat despite my request for a note with specific delivery instructions so a few days delayed receiving things
