Sent me an email saying they cancelled my order after waiting weeks and havent even recieved my refund. Horrible company.

I’ve ordered a tracksuit from this company weeks ago for EID, still not here, I contacted them on Instagram emailed them countless times and no reply.

Order never came. Been 9 weeks. No response from any email or DM on Instagram. Most horrendous experience of my career

You haven’t delivered my order. For me you are just scam..you do not answer my request..

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
THEY OWE ME APPROXIMATELY £500.
ALL THE COMPLAINTS ON TRUST PILOT FROM OTHER DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS ARE TRUE AND FIT WITH MY EXPERIENCE - THIS IS NOT DEFORMATION OF CHARACTER OR COMPANY AS IT IS BASED ON FACTS!
I TOOK THIS COMPANY TO COURT AND THEY NOW HAVE A JUDGEMENT AGAINST THEM, BUT THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID ME THE AMOUNT THAT THE COURT INSTRUCTED THEM TO PAY ME.
NEXT STEPS ARE NOW IN PROCESS.

Has to be a scam i am INFURIATED !!!! I ordered something order number being MVN2789 and it was for a surprise birthday party and it still hasn't come after a long 2 week wait and still doesn't even say shipped out. Only option now is to file a complaint with my credit card . Worst experince !! I have emailed the company countless times , no response

0 customer service . My parcel arrived in almost 9-10 weeks. When I sent multiple messages and emails , I didn’t get any reply whatsoever!
I am done buying from you. I have also told my teenager not to buy from here.
Very poor service and the jackets is not good quality already the labels at the back are pilling off!

The hoodie itself is good but the fact I had to wait over 6 weeks when the website said 2 is long.

All the lettering fell off within a week of wearing the jacket and stitching was like a blind person did it as the Thread was everywhere, most disgraceful thing I have ever brought

Item came was not as expected as received wrong colour, emailed company 5 times and still have not got back for a refund! Disgusting customer service, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE PURE SCAM! Wish could give a 0 star rating!

Comment to your answer her in Trustpilot: Unfortunately you didn't inform me about when you will refund our money? I haven't received my order. Now I checked with that the order was returned to you on the 19.th january at 13.07 pm. I know nothing about you trying to deliver the order, because I haven't had the chance to pay the extra charges in customs to have it delivered. I received a paperletter (in 2023 !) from customs, that didn't reach us in time due to the christmasholidays. The letter said that the order would be returned to you on the 6.th january if I hadn't paid the extra charges before that date.

Still not had any response from anyone emailed called this is not good enough

The size guide was awful. Item far too small. Haven’t had a reply back from email to ask for exchange. Will not use again if treated like that

The clothes are great quality and communication with brand was really good.

I Can proove that i Got a e-mail on november 15 that said that my item was confirmed so i think you are wrong

I ordered 3 items 19th December. I have not received the items, but I am seriously concerned as I have emailed the company 3 times asking for an update, I have been on their online chat, tried to phone them several times, filled I'm their online contact form, but I have received absolutely no response at all. Is this a scam company? I think I need to contact my credit card company and file a claim.
Update: I have now received the items and the company have now contacted me requesting that I remove this review. However I stand by the comments I made as I received no communication whatsoever, despite my many attempts.They are now claiming that they delivered within the 5 weeks for back order items, but at the point of ordering I was lead to believe they were in stock and they charged me for express delivery.

Ordered on the 6th of December and I’m still waiting. I’ve emailed the company with no response. Unfortunately another friend is in the same situation.. Do not use!
