long shipping but very good customer service
As with most resellers, there was a long wait and the shipping information on the website was not true for me. But i was informed of this and could have cancelled the purchase. Apart from that, everything went perfekt. I received a discount in USDT out of goodwill and the customer service was very very patient in dealing with all my concerns.

My experience with is great! The shipping doesn't require dealing with customs as they advertise. They even shipped me a free replacement part for one of the miners. The only downside is that they sometimes respond slowly.

They were diligent, open, and frank in informing us of inventory available across the market for particular ASICs.
Our order was handled with care, and any updates that were required were tended to quickly and clearly. Duty was prepaid and customs clearance was therefore smooth.
Very good attitude; we can’t recommend MillionMiner enough to anyone looking to source ASICs from an honest supplier.

Do not try them
I am still waiting for half of my shipment and is over two months. They re short on stock and with poorely updated web page although is brand new. At the beginning the conversation was smooth. Now they just ignore us. No mail , no chat. And forget about refunds after purchase are not possible. Will keep you updated if anything changes.
So today on 6 of november we finaly got all the miners we ordered. My payment was made on 9 of september for 3x KS3. They lost the miners. Then two weeks later we managed somehow to make a deal for 4 x KS3M and with promise to be shipped before hollidays. They sent only 2 pieces but after the hollidays. All we were hearing was :"thank you for your patience". Now after 2 months+ of lost mining (8-10K) and a significant half drop on price for miner , they offered me 2K of discount on price if I make new purchase of a product priced over 5K. That's it. Now , future and all other miners ... make your counts. Is it free shipping and no tax fee realy a bonus when working with them ?!
02.08.2024 - please do not try to represent your self as a victim all the time. You forced me to buy expensive KS3M's by "sending" much better KS3's elsewere " manipulating the situation with delays and then delay KS3Ms even more. Instead of writing all the excuses blaming someone else, we are reading from you for half of a year, do some repairs. Only sweet talk, but in the end you are only trying to sell more for less. After at least 30 @mails - you are still NOT willing to cover even half of my loss, shame on you. You do NOT do refounds, but you advertised to do so. I hope no one falls in same bad experience as I did with your company.

We understand your frustration with the delays in receiving your order. The manufacturer, Iceriver, experienced an exceptionally high volume of orders for their first ASIC miner models (back than they came out with the KS1,KS2 and KS3M as a NEW COMPANY), which unfortunately resulted in significant delays in their production and delivery schedules, as they were a new manufacturer company. We, too, had to wait for the shipment of goods, which affected our ability to fulfill your order on time.
Regarding your specific case, we acknowledge that the shipment of your 3x KS3 miners, later adjusted to 4x KS3M, encountered delays and mismanagement, as we also had to wait for the goods from the manufacturer as everyone back than.
To address your concerns:
Stock and Website Updates: We are continuously working on improving our inventory management and website updates to ensure more accurate and timely information for our customers (for IceRiver especially we list the batches seperately now, mostly declared as 15-30th for the specific month).
Communication: We are taking steps to enhance our customer service response times and ensure that all inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.

End of September we ordered a miner. After a few weeks the miner arrived at our office.
Not everything went smooth and it is was not an issue caused by Millionminer.

Try to keep your customers informed when there are delays. It is better to provide some info, instead of your customers thinking there are some other issues.
