I ordered a watch at the beginning of November. There was a special offer of an additional free jewellery. I was contacted by customer service that the necklace I picked is not on stock (although it was on stock according to the webshop). After I picked another one, my order went to pre-shipping (Nov 9) but have not moved a bit since. I contacted them on the 18th and they replied to my 5th email, that I have to confirm my shipping address (I will never know why). I sent it again and they replied that it is not the same that I provided originally (it was the same). I sent the address again, for the third time, this morning and now I am waiting for a miracle but reading through other reviews, I am starting to mourn my money instead.

Ordered two watches on 15th november,2019. Wrote numerous e-mails in which I ask for refund. never got any answer for my questions, they just send you web site for tracking packages. On the web site for tracking it says that tracking number expired. Very bad and unprofessional comunication. Save your money, don't order.

Didn't received any callback or mail regarding my order as you people only replied to maintain the reputation of your company but in general, there was no response from your side.

This must be a scam. I ordered a watch (order no M191045) on 20th August. I have sent you an email but you haven't come back to me. Can you please check what happened to my order? A two month delivery time is not acceptable.

I ordered a watch (#M191584) from Millner as a gift on 31/08 which promised 5-7 day delivery, I followed it up with two emails and didn’t get any response. Full payment withdrawn from bank account! Very disappointed with this! Certainly would not recommend based on this service!

I ordered and paid for a watch in January and till this day I haven't got any shipping confirmation from them. I tried contacting them multiple times and have got 0 response. Its been 8 months already!!! Don't fall victim for this SCAM site!

I was promised a contact by Millner Co early July to solve the almost 9 month delay on my order HK5233. Unfortunately, I have received no further contact and I have lost all hope of receiving my items. What a Shame

I have ordered 2 watches 29/05/2020 and then they sent me an email that one of the wathches is not available so I asked for a refund for that watch because I didn't like any other available watches on their webshop. They haven't sent any reply even though I have written many emails to them. I am deeply disappointed and I feel like I have been scammed.

I sent then an instagram message via my IG Handle.
they sent me the wrong item! the sent harfiled gold black when i ordered crocodile regent black. the item they delivered even costs LESS than what i got. You guys need to do something about this. NOW. Order # 171814
