The mini clicker hoops I ordered are a lovely size but one of the pair is particularly difficult to do up. It doesn't line up straight so is quite fiddly to get in. I can't wear them if I'm in a hurry to get out! The larger free pair I was sent work fine.

I knew I was getting the 12mm gold hoops free so I ordered a pair and got two pairs for the price of one. I wear them both together as I have my earlobes pierced twice. They look fab together. The quality is immense and customer service was amazing too. I haven’t taken them out since they arrived. Thank you Milly Grace.

I purchased a necklace from Milly Grace 5 years ago and have worn it to death. I saw they had sold one of this necklace in their most recent sample sale and was gutted to have missed out on the piece as it has been discontinued. I contacted Milly Grace customer care and asked if they happened to have any spare that I could purchase to replace my necklace of 5 years. Aimee immediately got back to me and found me a replacement and had this shipped to me very promptly. I really appreciated Aimee going above and beyond to locate this spare for me.
