Please do not buy anything from this site!! I was so stupid not to check the reviews before ordering! It is a Chinese site and the items come from China! I placed my order on April 4th and it still hasn't been delivered! For safety reasons I will definitely not use this toy with batteries, after all this toy is for small children!

Worst product ever! I bought a night Dino lamp to my son and after 20 days the lamp is not working anymore. Since the day one I raised a comment with the company that the lamp didn’t look well and they said it was normal. Then suddenly it keeps turning off as it seems the tires are not properly connected.
After claiming with the customer service again the response was they are sorry and this is it, nothing more they could do. I spent almost 40 euros for something to least less than 20 days!!
Really bad quality and the worst is the bad service provided by them! I’m feeling robbed!!

After a month i stil hadn’t receive my order, when i contacted them they told me there was a fault with the price of the product which i bought on a discount, i did not get my money back or received my package

I ordered a product on the 5th of January. Till today which is a month after I didn't get my product. The tracking status says that it is being shipped since 6th of January. After writing to them that the delivery window has passed and I would like a return of my money I get radio silence from them. When calling them I get auto response. They don't provide their KVK number on their website, when asked for it they don't answer. Extremely horrible experience. Don't recommend this store to anyone. I don't know if I will see my money back ever again!

Fake products, scam website. Bought nail art pens, it was a box for those, inside were regular felt tip pens with a sticker over the label

Heaps of options came up
I chose Milo and moon because of their reviews and professional website

I had to seek out where the product was
As it took so long and no updates on shipping

The product took 2 months to arrive

The product was faulty

I request refund and was offered options
I accepted full refund
But my expense to return the product
Once I accepted
They reneged the refund option and advised due to the child wearing the product
It was a hygiene issue

Now I’ve googled them some more I can see it’s a scam

Definitely a scam website, I thought it was a new dutch store, but after buying something it turns out to be coming directly from China. I contacted them multiple times to return but they never replied

The whole shop is one big fake!!! The Dutch website gives a totally different picture. What you get is very cheap chinese toys, and you can basically not return it. As you have to return it with track & trace to China. Hence money is lost!

Ordered and paid for item 6 weeks ago. It never arrived and I contacted this seller and never received a reply. It is a scam. Do not purchase anything from this website.

Dropshipping website from China. Every claim on the website is false, starting with the rating on Trustpilot that shows 4,7/5. I wish I had double checked that before buying overpriced baby items

I ordered one Xmas train to them just because in the photos they show the train has smoke. what i get is a low quality train from china without smoke way to expensive.

Crap from China. They say you can ask for their KVK information but they just don't reply. Probably they don't even have one.

Products come from China, very poor quality and honestly not as shown/advertised. Returning the product is also impossible! The customer support number doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails.

Eep failed to check whether they had a valid KVK/ BTW id (they don’t). It shipped from China. I ordered a tiger costume but received a leopard (their site didn’t sell a leopard). Returns cost 20 euros. I kept it. The quality was fine.

I bought a clock thinking its a Dutch website… I received track & trace and it comes from China. If there is one thing I dislike it’s dropshipping!!

Ordered 2 months ago, first excuse is that the delivery time is 7-12 working days, when I contacted them after that they told me that the address details were incorrect (that’s a lie, I checked it again and send them the address again) now I don’t get any response from them. Still haven’t received my refund or my order.
