If ai could give one star I would. Ordered a milo dog and paid for this item. Never received it. Obviously a scam site. Some customers are receiving a dog, not what they thought they had ordered, some without boxes, or chargers, or batteries. It’s disgusting at this time of year buying presents for grandchildren, and not receiving them. Shame on this company!
Ordered a dog collar from this company end of Nov. Still not received it, won't respond to emails, I'm having to go through my bank to see if I can get my money back. Even tried their Etsy shop but that's been closed as well.
AVOID AT ALL COST
Never received my order. Sent at least 6 emails and never received a reply. Luckily my bank refunded me.
