Amazing Customer Care 1yr POST SALE! 5 STAR company!
After purchasing my electronic-keyless entry door lock that comes with remote control and digital access, I had to put the unit away for approximately an entire year before I was able to put it on my door, due to the apartment door being warped and needing repair.
I was finally able to installed it, easily enough and when I did it no longer worked.
I contacted MiLocks.com and selected their customer service support link. Immediately was connected in with a Sam through email response, who took excellent care of me. Sam walked me through exactly what I needed to do to troubleshoot and verified through a few emails that there definitely was something wrong with the unit. Now bear in mind it had been just been over a year since my original purchase through AMAZON PRIME. I was really hesitant and worried but Sam reassured me to just go right into the MiLicks.com website, locate the warranty link, "fill it out as best as I could", where his exact words and he would make sure I got the replacement unit; and Sam certainly did! I can't say enough about this company, MiLocks nor can I say enough about Sam in Customer Care/Experience! Sam, you ARE my hero! Truly, no muss and no fuss
MiLocks stands behind products, their warranty and their customer care. It is obvious in all Sam did to ensure an awesome transition for this lady customer! They truly are really good people. I haven't found that much proper customer care these days and I am 59 years old! I've been around long enough to know good customer service when I see it, receive it and I give MiLocks five stars!
