The item l ordered arrived just after the time stated it is lovely well made too.

Over two months since I placed and paid for my order. Received an email showing tracking details, but stalled when the goods were supposedly shipped - when I emailed enquiring where my goods were all of a sudden they have no record of my purchase. I believe this site to be a scam and would strongly recommend not ordering anything.

I placed an order for a sweater on July 11th and only received it September 4th. I was never able to track my package through Mimagear web site so I thought I got scammed. After a couple of back and forth emails with their Customer Service online support I got a confirmation that my order was being processed but it stil took several weeks before I received my item. The sweater is very poor quality, the colours are different than what we can see online and the print itself is not even center on the shirt. Still a pretty funny shirt but not worth the wait and money.

Total scam.
I placed an order for a T-shirt on July 13, after more than one month the item is supposed to be still "printing".
The customer support is fake, you are texting with a computer, not helpful at all.
STAY AWAY !!

I bought 2 shirts, got shipping updates with tracking, items arrived within 2 weeks of ordering and they are good quality.

Scam site, dont trust it. Ordered t-shirt 6th june, not shipped until 22nd july. 20th Aug still not arrived. Tried to contact the company and a standard email jumps back stating the item is shipped and not addressing the email/questions AT ALL. Still attempting to find who I can contact/complain to as the t-shirt is no longer of use. It was for Father's Day!

Do not fall into the same trap I did!! Total scam!

I bought two posters. Gorgeous items. They were shipped SUPER FAST. I could be more pleased with the item or the service.

Although shipping was later than expected, the quality of the product is awesome and true to size.

I placed an order for two shirts and received only one. Sent them email with this claim and in return they said that nothing they can do about it. total scam!!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order June 11, 2020- the order didn’t process until July 2,2020. Then it said it had been shipped July 24,2020. When initially placing the order, it said it would be processed 5-15 days after order was received. Clearly this was not accurate. I understand delays due to COVID but this delay was a bit extreme. I checked my tracking number and the item said shipped. I was surprised to see Netherlands as the location the item was shipped from as one of the reasons I ordered it was because the mimagear website lists a USA address on their website. The tracking number I had was working and showed movement but now has completely stopped and when I try to track it, a message comes up that tracking is not valid or has expired and the reason could be because the item hasn’t been scanned by a carrier. So I have placed a claim and am waiting to hear. If I hear nothing I am going to place a fraud claim for a charge back on my credit card.

I placed an order for a Father's Day shirt May 11th. I still haven't the shirt!!!! I told my daughters that we would save the shirt for their father until Father's Day 2021. Maybe we'll get it by then since it's been processing, shipping, etc for three months. Do not order from this company!!!!

I have been trying to change the shipping address for two days. The phone number tells me to check the website and the website says that the label is already printed. They should absolutely be able to print another label. They have taken ten days to make the shirts I ordered (which is completely understandable in a pandemic) but refusing to merely print another label is ridiculous. Can't reach anyone!

Absolute rubbish, bombarded by adds on insta after stupidly buying one of their cheap shirts. 4 weeks after ordering and still in the "printing" phase. Tried to cancel order and was ignored by customer service. Tried again and was basically told tough it's in printing (lie it had been in that stage for 4 weeks), well jokes on you I've disputed the transaction now with my credit card for a refund.

I ordered a t- shirt after an advertisement on instagram. I heard one month nothing. I canceled the order. The feedback said, sorry it is still in the printing process. It will be shipped in 3 weeks. Perfect 3 month waiting for a t-shirt.

Had no isssues. Took a month longer than expected but product is good quality.

I ordered 4 shirts and only received one. When I try to get the status of the other three I am told that my name and email do not match. Where are my shirts? They are for my nephew who is in the army and coming home from Kuwait soon!!!

Awful experience

I havent received my merchandise and I have written emails to them and they wont even respond.This is what is showing in my order history:

06/28/2020 11:59 PM - Order is processing
07/09/2020 10:47 AM - $3.09 was refunded to order.

it hasn't even shipped after almost two months of placing the order!!!!!!

I still have not received my order....you guys are a joke. I will not be ordering anything from your site ever again

So let me start with everything that I read in those reviews is true except my products did not come damaged it took months to get but I'm happy with the product I called they told me that my products still had not been shipped and it will be shipped in a certain a time I called back and said It had been shipped and it wasn't shipped and I got a little a frustrated but finally my product came and I'm happy with it I spent 60 bucks just like everybody else and order two shirts they came separate from each other but what do you expect during these times.

If it was possible to rate a negative score it would apply here. I placed an order on June 14, 2020 for a fathers day present. I was aware of their quoted "5-20 business day" due to COVID however its now going on 31st business day and not expected to recieve my item until July 30! Theres no way to talk to a real person and only get generic messages as a response to any emails sent. I finally reported them as fraud to my bank and the next day, miraculously, they ship my item....though its been sitting at DSL since July 17th?!?!?
Either way this experience is by far the WORSE via internet purchases. I highly suggest you take the idea of whatever they're promoting and having it made up somewhere else. This company should pay their customers to purchase their items cause you'll likely have to file a fraud complaint JUST to get your item.
