I use Mimeo for a lot of printing at my work, they are great to deal with, we've had 1 or 2 hiccups regarding delivery, but this was beyond their control and was down to the courier in the UK.
I had a query today and the Customer Service Specialist (Likita) that I dealt with was quick to respond, informative and extremely helpful.
Monika at Customer Service rude and unhelpful
Customer service is very poor! I emailed querying the delivery of a revision book. At the time of booking it said it would arrive on a specific date and I had an email confirmation confirming the same thing. The book has not arrived so I contacted them, I wasn't complaining i was just concerned it might have been lost. I got a rather stand off email from Monika doing the classic "As stated". Her tone continued to be very short and unhelpful. I sent screenshots of the information and said it is all very misleading but she could have cared less. There is a small section, AFTER you have selected to pay extra money for the book to arrive on a specific date, that says it will arrive 5-7 days after it is shipped and they do not provide tracking. Easily missed and completing misleading when you have email confirmations stating it will arrive on or before a certain date. No apology or sympathy from Monika at all, completely unhelpful and rude.

I am giving 3 stars only because my shipment was not handled correctly, nor was the information shared very accurate. It took a call for me to have the information clear and comprehensive.
The shipment of the 26th is now in transit on the 1st.
Exceptional customer support
Our experience with Mimeo has been excellent since day one. They have been on a journey with us during several shifts in how we supply learning materials, from printed handouts and books, to using the digital platform, and then to a digital and print combination. Every step of the way the team have been responsive and helpful, always happy to get on a video call to walk through things, even during lockdown when several of the team were furloughed, there was still someone happy to have a call to answer questions. The print and digital platforms are very easy to use and have saved us a lot of admin time as opposed to previous suppliers. Incredible service and customer support, with particular thanks to Mathew Kennedy and Josh O'Gorman for whom nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend Mimeo for print and digital services.

Easy to use and great quality product
Easy to use and great quality product. I buy my husband a calendar every year with corresponding photos of each month - he loves it. The only gripe I have is the shipping cost - £10.99 seems a bit steep.

Book and music hire material publishing
We have been working with Mimeo for a number of years with producing hire music material for performances licensed through our theatre publishing company.
Mimeo have assisted in us in making our ideas a reality, having worked closely to increase our product range of offering scripts in spiral-bound formats and more recently producing a 100% recycled paperback book. Communication around these projects was clear and they found ways of accommodating our needs.
