Worst experience ever, attracted by those beautiful dolls pic on fb, ordered a doll with so called clothes and a lil teddy in first week of November, did received any parcel even at the beginning of December , kept sending emails, and received same replies , have patience , its on its way, then at the first week of January they send me an email that parcel coming back as they can't found my address, They will resend it once they received it, after two weeks got an email that parcel is lost on its way , would you like 50% off, ad i said i am happy to wait, resend another doll, first they said its not possible and then out of stock ,. Now waiting for that 50% off ..worst ever experienced,waste my time and $40

This is an update of my situation. Purchased these in October for a Christmas gift. Received their garbage in December. I was in contact with them through approximately 20 emails and they actually wanted to refund me up to 70%. At the same time I disputed the charges with PayPal. It took weeks for them to tell me they wouldn’t refund stating that I received the products. I was so mad I decided to dispute their decision and sent them pictures of what I had ordered and what I had received. It took a couple of days and I received a full refund. DON’T GIVE UP. DO WHAT YOU MUST TO BE REFUNDED. THESE SCAMS CAN’T GO ON.

Scam!Never received a Waldorf doll I ordered but they did I got it,not true.. lesson learned. Never purchase from them

Got a doll, that is Not worth 1 Euro. They are known to steal pictures from other Shops.

Is really less than 1 Star. Like others I ordered 3 Waldorf Dolls and was sent two months later one very ugly cheap (not Waldorf) doll. After much correspondence with an email americatrujillo I was offered 15% refund. I managed to negotiate up to 50% discount that was to be deposited on my credit card. The discount did not arrive and the above email no longer works. This company is a scam. The original order was with Mimgo dolls.

I have also unfortunately been scammed by Mimgo.shop who now has changed their website name to buyfiless.
I ordered a Waldorf Doll with clothing set for our Grand daughters first Christmas as well as a 10" Garden gnome for our daughter inlaw on October 14th. I received the parcel December 11th and in the tiny little bag was a little 1" garden gnome and a tiny little 'fair prize' doll with a suction cup attached to its head.
I contacted them via email and sent a photo along with it asking for a full refund back please, and this was my response I received back from them

Same as everyone else pretty much... Ordered two beautiful dolls with two boxes of doll clothes for $52. Took two months to receive anything, and then what we got were two incredibly cheap little dolls which look nothing like the pictures. No clothes for them. One had a plastic keychain attached to its head and the other had a suction cup on a string. It's so ridiculous it would be funny if only I hadn't paid what I did for them! Disputing the charge with PayPal; hope they will give my money back. I should have known better but was hoping the site was legit. Lesson learned the hard way!

I ordered middle of October and it said it it shipped beginning of November. Said it was delivered Nov. 30th I never got what I ordered, never came!

This website should not even get one star. Very deceptive website on a picture of a beautiful doll that I ordered and was sent a garbage doll. It was shipped from Wuhann, China. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! It is fraudulent what they are doing to innocent people!

What a scam! Their site comes off as very professional so I ordered the cute little red hair doll. And the same as all you I received only a crappy hand stitched dress that looks like a bad dollar store buy! They never emailed me back and you can’t call them. I paid 28.52 total and I see I got scammed like all of you. Dang shame too because it was to bee my granddaughters first doll! What a complete rip off! Stay away from mimgo! Still fighting with my bank to get the money returned and have no hope after seeing these reviews of getting my money back!

Was called MIMGO.SHOP but just looked at the site tonight and has changed its name to BUYFILESS. I had same experience as others have mentioned. Sent crappy clothes, no doll. I kept all my email correspondence, got my money back from credit card merchant. I reported this site to cyber.gov.au on the advice of a police officer who said these sites are cyber crime. SCAMMERS FRADULENT DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER OF THESE SITES.

I hate giving them 1 star but you can't start review without clicking on the box. If I had a choice, would not give them any kind of good marks.

As I read the other reviews, I'm not the only one that has been scammed by this company!!!

Unfortunately, I ordered 15 dolls and when I received 15 cheaply made outfits that aren't anything like the pictures that they say I ordered. The outfits are garbage and need to be thrown in the trash can!!! I looked at my order and I did not order just outfits as they have indicated to me by email.

I looked for reviews for this company before I ordered and couldn't find anything, will never order anything like this again. My biggest concern about ordering on line is that the stuff is coming from China and the quality is usually terrible, so I try to look at the contact information. They are listing what seems to be a US address, boy I was duped.

Same experience many others had. I ordered Waldorf doll with a wardrobe, received 1 cheaply made outfit. I've emailed back and forth multiple times, they say I got what I ordered - 1 doll outfit for $28.58. I even sent them a picture of order summary which clearly states what I ordered. I'm disputing charges with my credit card company.

like many of you I bought a beautiful Waldorf doll with clothings in a box. This was supposed to be a XMAS present to my grand-daughter. What I received Yesterday was a deformed orange doll in a plastic bag dressed in unidentifiable material. I have been trying to contact them via EMAIL but received a failure notice so I tried to reach them by phone but got a message that says they cannot take any calls at the moment, to please try later. I WILL...
My problem is, unlike most of you, i did not get a receipt with the doll so I don't know how PayPal will deal with this.

I got this as a 1st birthday present. I thought I had made all necessary checks to make sure it was not a Scam!! I paid 39.99 for this doll if you can call it that, it needs to go straight into the BIN. I suspect the company selling this is trying to pretend they are genuine using the name of Mimgo! Mimgo beware

Do not order from this site. Total SCAM. I ordered a doll with clothes as clearly stated on my receipt and all I received was one cheaply made doll dress from China for $19.99 plus shipping that does not even look like anything in the pictures of the dolls and when I emailed them back they say that's what i ordered!

I can't believe I fell for this. I ordered it to be sent to my daughter whom I haven't seen since last Christmas due to the Covid19 pandemic. I have raised the issue with PayPal. Despicable! Karma will prevail.

I ordered doll with clothes and all I received was a cheaply made doll dress that does not even look like the ones in the pictures and when I emailed them back they say that's what i ordered! Do not order from these people.

Same issue here my order clearly states, doll, clothes and box and I received a scrappy outfit that will just go in the trash. It does not even look like the clothes in the pic and the pics are no longer on the website. I have PayPal investigating this. If I could give negative stars I would.
