Min Lille Mus 

this is a drop-shipping business - I have placed my order 10 days ago, it is still in transit - obviously I did not have a present for the occasion I bought it for. The website says delivery in 1-3 days - HOWEVER, by reading the tiny clarification, it is 1-3 days after it leaves the ware house in EUROPE - but before it arrives in Europe it comes by plane from AliExpress...and that is effectively over 10 days...I expected to buy local..clearly not the case.
Additionally, the packaging arrived damaged, so not suitable for offering.

Two things.

They claim to have free shipping "only today" so you hurry up and place the order. But it's fake, even though it says free shipping only today - don't believe it. When confronted they denied it, even after being sent a screenshot.

Secondly I ordered the 2nd of February. Still havn't received anything and the goods have not been sent yet - money have been drawn from my account. That is illegal in Denmark

Don’t buy from this website, the person ,Hannah, is not even Danish and doing sales in Denmark not by the rules!
Avoiding to cancel to order. Bad communication.
The same products can by found on AliExpress for x times less cheaper. Such a cheater.
Trying to send the case to ODR/police/court to shut down the person earning on kids this way.

Total disaster. Items from TEMU sold 3 times more expensive. On the website it’s written delivery 3-5 days and I waited 3 weeks on top of that I have to pay to return order myself! stay away from this company it’s a scam!

Scam company. Absolutely stay away.

I specifically asked if this company was danish. I got a very friendly email assuring me that yes indeed they were and they only shipped from abroad when their danish warehouse was out of stock. Well surprise surprise my items arrived one month later from China. Despite several mails this company refuses to even acknowledge the mail they sent me about having danish address which means I have to ship return abroad. When I lodged a claim at Klarna, suddenly Min Lille mus responded that I had to retract my Klarna claim before they could resolve my issue.
Save your time and shop elsewhere, this is a total scam. I’ll be forwarding all their correspondence to Klarna.

Update. Well now they’ve sent another mail telling me that they’re Dutch. But still totally not acknowledging the first mail where they say they’re danish with a danish warehouse. I’ve challenged the misrepresentation straight out, but this shop refuses to acknowledge that they have misrepresented their store

1) Website faulty - Website cart had an error that resulted in them charging us for two of an item when we only intended to order one
2) Bad service - We wrote to min lille mus immediately after seeing the problem above. They wrote back two days later saying we would receive return payment within 5 days
3) No return payment - We haven't received that payment and it has now been 23 days
4) Bad service again - Their response to my kind follow-up was a copy and paste message about their return policy. I'm fine with returning it but they should have stated that 23 days earlier.
5) Bad quality - Of the four items we ordered intentionally, only one was the quality expected. We returned one and are making due with the others since they were all Christmas and Birthday presents for a two year old.

I have ordered a “Cute Crab” which is a toy for small kids. I picked up my package today. It has the same sender “Hong Kong Yunespress” as Shein. So they have just send me a package from shein. I would never give mit kids toys from shein, that they Can put In their mouth. Also i paid 269DKK AND ON SHEIN ITS ONLY 89DKK. Dont trust this webside.

Good quality, very satisfied with my order.. recommend already to my friends.
