A quick delivery of the item ordered. The item was as expected. Only 4 stars as you wouldn’t deliver direct to Channel Islands, had to use a holding uk address resulting in extra postage.
Love this family business that stocks the most amazing items for your dogaughter or dogson. The advent calendars are a real treat for my babies.

Friendly, professional, personalised service
I chose to purchase a dog toy from Mina and Frens as it was a gift for my sisters new puppy and their website gave me the flexibility to contact the seller so I could ask to have the price removed. The team were super helpful and went over and above with a personalised message for my sister and pup as well as removing all prices.
The toy was delivered promptly and Mina and Frens website offered the personalised service I couldn't find elsewhere. Thank you
