I am writing to formally dispute a charge in the amount of $539.00 that has been assessed to my account by your company, Mind and Body. This charge is unauthorized and appears to be the result of a subscription or agreement to which I did not knowingly consent.
At no point did I agree to enroll in, authorize, or accept the terms of any recurring subscription or service that would result in such a charge. As such, your attempt to collect this amount, including any threats to refer this matter to collections, is both improper and unacceptable.
Please be advised of the following:
1. I dispute this debt in its entirety.
2. I request immediate written validation of the alleged agreement, including any signed contract, recorded authorization, or documented proof of consent.
3. Pending such validation, you must cease all collection efforts in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
4. If this matter is reported to any credit reporting agency without proper validation, I will pursue all available remedies under federal and state law.
Furthermore, any continued attempt to collect on an unverified and disputed charge, including threats of referral to a collections agency, may constitute violations of consumer protection statutes, including but not limited to unfair or deceptive business practices.
I demand that this charge be removed immediately and that written confirmation of account correction be provided to me within 10 business days.

I’m being forced to pay a large sum of money for a subscription service I never agreed to because I cancelled. I was never informed that my subscription was for a year and told it was for 3 months without any fees on my behalf.
At the end of the 90 term, when I was dissatisfied with your service, I decided to cancel but was told I would HAVE to pay $539.00, and that would be my only avenue of cancellation and that I would HAVE to continue to use the service for the duration of 9 more months.
I will take legal action against Mindandbody from here on out and consider this a company of scammers and extortionists, threatening my financial future with collections of services I never accepted, if your company doesn’t Cease to Desist.

They’re trying to FORCE me to pay almost $1000 because I asked to cancel my free trial. Now I have to get a lawyer.

Until today my experience with MB has been less than favourable….to the point that I have been looking at alternative systems. I have been passed around from one tech to another with nobody actually helping me…until today. I had a zoom call with Gustavo Guimaraes. He was patient and took the time to ask me exactly what was bothering me and fixed it while I was on the call. He saved my relationship with MB. I’m looking forward to our next call all about marketing.

I had a frustrating start - the features I expressed a need for were discussed from the start, then to learn after signing the contract that I have to pay for a higher tier subscription to have the features I require for my business. Sometimes the site is hard to navigate. Hoping to move forward with a more positive experience.

Lisar Evarist is an excellent Onboarding Specialist who really provided great supports for the onboarding sessions.
However, the system is still very complicated and took time to understand as well as function it fully for the business.
Great sales supports from Gwen Leow and Jake Mitchell too. We faced little missing points from the original agreement but all has been set well

My experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Every interaction — from the initial visioning conversation, to coordinating with Marina, building with Rafael, and now advancing into marketing with Nathalia — has been seamless, efficient, and highly professional.
Choosing the right scheduling platform was an important decision, and without hesitation, I can say selecting MindBody was the right one.

Substandard product, not user friendly, overpriced, and will enforce full payment of a 12-month contract.
They require on-boarding specialists because the software is so clunky and difficult to use. After 3 meetings with an incompetent on-boarding specialist who couldn't understand how my business operated, I spent a month messing with the software. Ultimately I found the functionality is so rigid that I couldn't even use it for my business (Martial Arts School).
The worst part is that I couldn't get out of my contract. If the product were actually any good then they wouldn't need to lock you in and prey on a new small business.
I switched to Gymdesk and found it's more user friendly, more affordable, and easier to implement. Lesson learned!

I rely on Mindbody to manage my business operations, client bookings, and reviews, so accuracy is critical. Unfortunately, I recently experienced a serious issue where a client submitted a 5 star review, but it displayed as a 3 star rating on my profile.
This directly impacts my business reputation.
I confirmed the issue by obtaining a screenshot from my client showing their original 5 star submission. After escalating this to support, Mindbody acknowledged that this is a bug in their system and assigned it to an internal bug ticket (BUG 12516). However, there is currently no resolution or timeline for a fix.
I appreciate that support acknowledged the issue, but the lack of a solution and recurring technical problems make it difficult to rely on the platform with confidence.
If these issues continue without resolution, I will need to seriously evaluate alternative platforms that better support business owners and protect their client experience.
I hope Mindbody prioritizes resolving these issues quickly, as business owners should not have to monitor or correct system errors that impact their credibility.
