Eric is a very good coach
Eric is an excellent coach. He is very patient with me, especially since French is my first language. He always takes the time to make sure I understand the content clearly.
He also makes sure that everything in my Mindbody account is properly set up for my business, which I really appreciate. He answers all of my questions and often provides additional information and resources beyond what is required.
Eric is kind, explains things very well, and I really enjoy his approach to coaching. I feel well supported throughout the process.

I had an overall good experience with getting setup on MindBody
Hello. I'm very grateful for the help that I received from Sam Hijar (Account Executive) and Felipe Jordão (Onboarding Specialist) when it came to getting my site set up for my new yoga business. Both men were super knowledgable about all of the things that MindBody has to offer, and they helped me understand how I can make the most of it. The only piece of criticism I have is that I wished someone from the Onboarding team reached out to me sooner when my previous Onboarding Specialist no longer worked on my account. I had to reach out to Sam to point me in the right direction when I wasn't getting a response from the previous Onboarding Specialist. After that, Felipe swooped in like a hero to help me finish my site. Anyways, thank you guys so much!!!

Customer service is weak
So far, I am not very happy with the overall service I have received since I started paying for it. I have had a few issues and it is extremely hard to get ahold of someone to answer my questions....which is weird because BEFORE i was a paying member, you all were VERY responsive to every email and question I sent. Samantha from onboarding was very nice. That's the best thing I can say about Mindbody's customer service.
