Great company-but didnt choose well this time
They always ship fast, have good communication, and are easy to order. great company.
For this order, I didn't find the products themselves great for me (kanna snuff and kratomic mix). I've tried kratomic 3x and other than nausea from kratomic did not perceive a shift in mood etc at up to 15g per dose. The snuff gives a burning headrush but that was about it for me. I love that this is available in nz however and feel the opportunity to explore ways to alter consciousness is a basic human right. Ill be back to experiment with other products. thank you!

Products arrived a lot sooner than…
Products arrived a lot sooner than expected, unfortunately the live plant got damaged, only one leaf survived. Fingers crossed it survives.

If it ever does or even if they fail within the first few weeks of arrival with proper care, please simply send a pic to sales@mindfuel.co.nz and we will send a replacement out to you as soon as possible.

Fabulously prompt... I was expecting a delay as we were dealing with live plants that may had to grow, but to my pleasant surprise my order was filled, sent amd arrived within 3 days.

Overall a good experience
The plant took a while to arrive, but it arrived broken, no fault of mind fuel, the stem was snapped, mind fuel has offered to send another which is great, but there is a bit of a long delay before arrival, to be honest I see people have done their best and that's what counts
