Following on from items missing with a recent delivery the follow up customer service from the support team was first class!

Mindful Chef provides a great opportunity to try recipes you might not usually attempt, and it's helpful having the ingredients supplied in the correct amounts, so there's no need for weighing them. The delivery has always been spot on for me as well. All in all, highly recommended!

Great quality produce and I love the way they are packaged into separate paper bags for each meal so you aren't trying to locate all the ingredients to cook.

I’ve tried a number of recipe box services and Mindful Chef is the one that I’ve stuck with the longest. I’ve found the options for vegetarian meals has improved significantly over the years incorporating different protein sources and interesting vegetable combinations. On the rare occasion that there is an issue I’ve found customer services very proactive and focused on quick resolution. While not perfect (the portions could be larger) I definitely have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Very pleased with the recipes and variety. My gripe, hence removal of a star, is with the delivery service (I think it's DPD) who don't usually ring the door bell, but just dump the box on the doorstep for anyone to take, and disappear. Annoying beyond words and I've raised this before to no avail.

There was a problem with my delivery last week, which was the fault of the courier. The Mindful Chef team bent over backwards to sort it out with them and keep me informed at every stage. Eventually the delivery arrived far too late for the food to be safe, so Mindful Chef not only apologised profusely, but immediately credited my account for the food and delivery plus an extra £10 for the inconvenience. I can’t praise their customer service highly enough. As a customer I felt valued and heard and will continue to buy their fabulous product.😊

We have gluten free teenager and Mindful Chef is amazing. Everything comes GF so we don't have to think about it. Huge variety of different meals. Much healthier than Gusto. Better quality meat, more of it and more veggies. We have it for 4 days a week. It's brilliant.

My daughter has Celiac disease and I love that all recipes are gluten free.
All the ingredients for each meal is packed in its own bag with the recipe number clearly marked on the bag.
It couldn’t be easier to cook for a family.

Whilst the meals ordered were very tasty and enjoyed by ourselves I can see some customers liking slightly larger portions. Probably some options on being able to increase individual portions where feasible would be welcome. The automatic setting up of a Subscription Service account needs more clarity for those Customers who are using Gift Vouchers given as a present. Account setting up may need to be an option here rather than automatically carried out.

I am a vegetarian with a mushroom intolerance and always find something tasty and easy to cook from Mindful Chef. They’ve also introduced me to new flavours and their supplementary items like kimchi, nuts and sauces are quality.

Wrong meals sent

They tried to be as helpful as possible when I had a major fraud on all my accounts. I missed one delivery as they could not receive payment via BACS.
