Had my scissors sharpened by Ivo. They were dropped and did not cut hair at all just bend. They were extremely sharp and work like brand new. He replaced a small bit that was missing for free and offered a spare aswell. Fast service was done within half an hour. Cannot fault the service and he was really well mannered. Will defenetly recommend and use from now on.

4 knives and some scissors sharpened recently - incredibly quickly arranged and very friendly service.
In my case an accident happened whilst sharpening that damaged the blade and couldn't be rectified. Ivailo was very transparent about the problem, proactively raising the issue and immediately offered to replace it (me giving him the old knife in return). This was done swiftly even though the knife retails at £300. Accidents do happen and I think you learn a lot about a company by the way they handle mistakes. Ivailo couldn't have handled it better.

Feel a bit uncertain since it’s my first time, but decide to give it a try. Ivo texted me a message to confirm the time and come to my flat according to time agreed. He will need the electricity because his machine is in the van which is park outside, so make sure there is an electric socket outside or inside that ivo can use. Quite quick i say around 20 min for 4 knives. It’s very reasonable price and i can get my sharp knife back. He is very polite and friendly. Please support local business owner like Ivo :)

Ivo came to my house today to sharpen some very blunt knives. I am so pleased with the result. I wish I had done it before trying to carve my turkey!! He was very professional, wore a face mask, sharpened the knives in his van. Very reasonably priced too. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to my friends & family.

Was hard to find someone decent over the years so glad I’ve found someone who really knows what they’re doing especially with delicate hairdressing scissors! Literally makes them feel like factory finish!

It's lovely to have sharp knives and scissors again.
I phoned Ivo who said he'd call me when he was in my area.
He called back and came within the week.
