Nice experience but somehow you feel 1 percentage of lag

I canceled my subscription through the dashboard, but the payment processor still kept trying to charge my card. After that, I contacted support 6 DAYS before it finally charged me and I got a useless generic response, then complete silence.

I am still waiting for refund or any acknowledgment. I also read some other reviews on here and there is clearly a pattern: hard to cancel, charges after cancellation, support tickets ignored for weeks. The server hosting itself worked fine, but the business practices are horrible.

To be honest, I would just suggest others to initiate a chargeback or block their payments through your bank entirely, rather than canceling it through their website or support. Be very careful if you consider subscribing...

Its really easy to use and beginner friendly! The only annoying things are: ads while playing, lag on bigger servers, high upgrade prices. but for small servers this is a really good hoster!

When I closed the content log I was kicked out, and before that everything was invisible. Why can't I join????

The server hosting seems good when you see other people reviewing it, but those videos are normally outdated and mostly the servers gone full pay to get one

Minefort is great! It's very easy to control my server. The only issue is that there seems to be no way to create a new port. I wanted to create a secondary port in order for the simple voice chat mod to work. It would've been great if there was a way to create additional ports. But overall, Minefort could easily be one of the greatest server hosting platforms!

Minefort, after, I kid you not, 48 hours, they DELETE YOUR SERVER on the free plan. Not turn off, remove your progress! If you are looking for a free Minecraft server, go to minekeep. It's much better.

I can only say this platform is the best platform in the world for hosting servers; it's perfectly suited. I've only had one or two difficulties so far, but right now nothing is working.
But I'm still satisfied.

I liked how smooth the game was working but I just takes too long for the server to wake up like it has been more then 5 hours and the server is still showing the load screen downloading data from cloud I me and my friends are unable to play now

Minefort is an extremely good choice when it comes to Minecraft servers, but I wish the deactivation feature did not exist. I understand why Minefort decides to use this feature, but I have a good reason to dislike it. I go on vacations frequently, and when I do, all of my servers get deactivated. I know that you can avoid this by paying, but the main reason I use Minefort is the amount of great support and control you can have over a free server, and I feel that the deactivation of servers counters that. A solution to this frustration would be having a vacation mode. This vacation mode would force the server into hibernation mode until it is vacation mode is deactivated via console. It would prevent deactivation while active. Also, there is a problem with file uploading that forces you to upload one file at a time, and only one file at a time. This is very tedious and annoying. Please fix this bug. One final problem: the Minefort website doesn’t work on Opera GX on an iPad. This is my main browser, so this bug is extremely frustrating. Please fix this. Overall I LOVE Minefort, but I wish there was a way to disable deactivation without paying, multiple file uploads at the same time, and support for Opera GX on iPads.

Good for basic yt creates

the server is freee whiich is good but it lags sometie very hard and it makes it hard to play but i like the feature that allows bdrock players to joinn make the freee servers better pls
