Untrustworthy and immature behaviored Staff, certain items in the shop are bugged, and you have to make a ticket in order to get it working, And the support team can take days to answer, Or they leave your ticket to another staff, which is annoying and can lead up to weeks.
Certain staff members are extremely active and helpful, i might add.
Very good server, support is excellent, and they have multiple mods that keeps the server alive and fun
