These night vision goggles are brilliant!
These night vision goggles are brilliant! They have an infrared light built into it that lights the entire scene. It's powerful, even at a distance. And you don't notice it, as it's in the infrared range. The controls are a little awkward, but you get the hang of them pretty quickly. I see from the product page, they advertise them as having glow in the dark buttons. But, this is not true. There's a button that allows you to turn on back-lighting for all of the buttons, making them show up in the dark. Much better than glow in the dark!
Once you get used to the focus-ring, everything appears nice, bright and in focus. These things really do "light up the night." I've been very pleased with them so far!
