Scam. You inevitably "do not meet the criteria for the survey" however this is after already answering questions that are clearly what the survey is trying to find out. Scam way for them to gather data without actually rewarding you.
Used to be good until they removed Amazon rewards
Definitely the worst survey site I've used. The points system is very unrewarding, it feels like you're putting in a lot of work to get barely any points.
You get timed out constantly from surveys, doesn't matter if you've gone through 15 minutes of a survey they'll suddenly kick you. You can email to ask for the payout, in which case they now ask you for the survey number (info you don't have, they do) or make up some excuse about screening questions. This is an issue sometimes other survey sites of course, but Mingle is by far the worst I've experienced for it. It happens very often, and their handling of it is very poor.
For more personal experiences, I recently had a week long diary type survey, great I thought as I've had this on other websites that pay out well. After I completed the week, I got absolutely nothing. I sent an email chasing it up, to get the usual standard response. When I replied saying I didn't have the survey number, but I gave them the information of what the diary was for and the company hosting it. They've since ignored my emails chasing it up, 3 times over a few weeks now. My issue was almost a month ago.
Had another survey for a product testing, my shock when it actually turned up. With the information from the box being: use it for a week and we'll send you a survey to review it. Great I thought, the product actually ended up being really nice. But I never recieved that survey, no points for me and a waste for the company sending their product to me.
Don't bother with Mingle. There's better survey sites out there.
It is now 1 week since i posted the review below. they sent their usual cut & paste response (see also below). I followed their instructions and of course thye and the German site have yet to respond. It is now a month since i requested information. I beg you not to copy & paste the same response as this as I have already followed and nobody has responded, i will be posting a negative review every few days until my original enquiries are dealt with:

Their cusotomer "service" is terrible. One enquiry i have been waiting 3 weeks to hear back (ref 26969 and 27376). i've chased twice, but no response. They often have surveys where you give them the length of a whole 10-15 minute survey only to be tol, you are not fit for it. this should be sorted in a few quick questions, not a whole survey. mining us for free data. It's disgraceful and doesn't honour the time & effort people taking the surveys
I registered recently for this company ¨to try out products¨, but all I have received so far is 15 minute surveys.
I have not filled out any since they all arrive expired, i.e. saying ¨you can participate until April 25¨ but sent to me on April 28, from a no-reply address (?????).
I hope someone from the company can clarify this before marking it as spam.
The Amazon gift voucher have been removed again i wonder why this keeps happening all the time. And also i want you introduce PayPal withdrawal.
I've been enjoying the app, and I usually use the vouchers to claim my rewards. However, I've noticed that Amazon is no longer one of the available options, which is disappointing as the other choices aren't as useful to me. I would greatly appreciate it if you could please consider bringing back the Amazon voucher option. Thank you.
The worst company ever! They are just thieves. They take surveys from other companies and give them to you stealing half of the rewards. Now your time is valued at 5p per three minute survey. But these surveys are not three minutes. In addition, most of the surveys they give you are from scam companies. You complete the survey and they tell you that you are not suitable. And there are many of these companies. Normal working surveys in the percentage of 5%. The rest is crap.
