Terrible company!

While the product is good, their lead times and customer service are unacceptable.
Placed my order in June 2022. Still waiting as of 1 January 2023.
When I complained they just send emails about “how busy they are” and Covid and “hard to get supplies” and that it’s MY FAULT as their site clearly says 8-10 weeks… maybe they should get a calendar as 8-10weeks is 2-2.5 months, not 6. Then they lie and promise a delivery date that never happens…
I should have learned as this is my second order. The first one was the same and they mailed to say “they lost the order”…!!! If I didn’t need a second identical product I would have gone elsewhere.
The fact they are constantly updating their site with new products is infuriating when they have no intention of fulfilling orders or servicing their customers.
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!

No delivering and poor assistance

I placed the order on September 30, 2022. Today is December 22 and I still haven't received the product. Only inconclusive mails from the help desk. This is not how an online store should be run.

I am very, very dissatisfied.

If you don't have the product or there is a problem, the money must be returned first. It cannot be solved with generic emails.

6 months, still waiting for my order. Unacceptable

I ordered July 28th and have been given multiple shipping date ETA's where I was assured that it would be ready. TWICE I was given assurances that it would ship out, both have not been honoured. No one is responding to customer service tickets, I hear nothing back.

DO NOT buy from them. If the item does not ship out this week, I will have to contact Paypal and report them. If enough customers do, they will be banned as a seller.

It’s now 7 months a go when I ordered…

It’s now 7 months a go when I ordered the frame. Got a bunch of excuses and that they will ship soon. But nothing and now they don’t even respond to the emails. Don’t buy here!!! Search better ways to spend your money

4 months late

I placed an order in July and am still waiting. I've made contact several times and was told a month ago that my item was scheduled to ship last week. Needless to say I'm still waiting.
I'll be following up with my credit card company to get a refund.

Update: Similar to other posters, within hours of posting this review, I received the following email from Minifigures Display:
Again our apologies for the delays. As you have opened a dispute, we have to cancel your order. We are overloaded and our delivery times are being increased every day.
If you want to purchase again in the near future, please, contact us before so we can give you a real timeframe at that moment.

I haven't actually contacted my bank yet.
I suppose the long wait for a refund begins now...
I'd avoid until they can sort out their processes. A pity.

Update 2:
The refund was processed quickly and the cost was back in my account today.

Avoid at all costs

I ordered a large frame from minifiguredisplay and read on the website that they take a while to be made etc. that’s fine I thought, I can wait the 10-12 weeks. After 25 weeks and multiple emails I’m still not in possession of my frame. They give excuse after excuse, saying it’s been ready but can I confirm my address etc and still nothing. I’ve not even heard back after the last email where I told them 6 months waiting for a frame is laughable, which it is. Absolute joke. Avoid at all costs. Speaking of costs I’m €88 out of pocket !

Coincidentally a couple of days after leaving this review and opening a PayPal case I actually received a tracking number and I did receive my frame. Apart from the damaged it sustained in transit due to being inadequately packaged it’s actually pretty good. I emailed them about the damage and obviously they didn’t want to know and said I’d have to take it up with ups. Wouldn’t ever use this company again.

Honestly, start to finish awful

Honestly start to finish awful, please don’t order from this company. Mine took 8 months, over 10 emails chasing it, and finally turned up today and is frankly crap. Poor quality, the backing piece doesn’t fit the frame will have to adapt and mend to make it functional, save yourself the agro, avoid.

Good quality but too long to deliver

Ordered 31/3 and still have not received my product. Fobbed off with lies about it will ship soon etc. I will not be ordering again!

Update: after posting this review, the fram finally turned up a week later. It's great quality, however, a 6 month wait for this item was excessive. It's a shame as would have ordered more but not after this experience:(

This is almost a scam

Edited version of my review:
This is almost a scam. You can inquire about your order as much as you want. They always tell you it will ship soon/in the coming weeks/next week... But you will keep waiting without any real info about your order.
And suddenly it arrives. ... the week after I posted this review. Coincidence? I don't know. They did ask me to update this review.
The products are OK. Nothing really wrong with them and they are perfectly as advertised, but nothing really special either. Well packaged for safe shipping too.
Was it worth the wait? For me: no. These delivery times and communication with the customer are quite unacceptable in my view.
They get 1 extra star for actually delivering the goods, in good order.

Original version of my 1star review: This is a scam. You can inquire about your order as much as you want. They always tell you it will ship soon/in the coming weeks/next week... But you will never get your order.

Very Slow

I thought these guys were scammers. I ordered on 08/12/2021. I chased on 14/06/2022. Was told it would be sent end of June. Chased again 10/08/2021. Offered to accept a refund. Was told it would be sent end of August.

Edit: I received the frame at the end of September 2022. It is a good product. Just a shame about the delivery issues.

Ordered December 16th 2021, they took my money and gave me nothing

Ordered December 16th, 2021. It's now August 11, 2022. Never received my order. Began contacting them in April. Kept receiving assurances it would ship in a couple of weeks. Like a sucker, I kept waiting. Now it is too late to charge back on Paypal. I don't believe they are even making product anymore based on online reviews, they are just accepting orders and taking peoples' money.
Update: 8/25/2022 Once I started asking for a refund, they stopped responding. I was forced to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
Update: On 8/30/2022 MinifigureDisplay reached out to me due to the pending credit card dispute. They offered to either give me a full refund, or actually ship the product the very next week. I asked them to ship the product. I want the product, which I why I had waited so long for it.
Sept 2 - They tell me it will ship DHL in a week.
Sept 7 - They tell me I cancelled the order (I did not) and that I had received a full refund (I received a provisional refund from my CC company pending the outcome of the dispute) and that I would have to order again to receive anything.
NOW they are disputing this review on Trustpilot, because they are a super shady business who doesn't want you to know how many problems you will have when you order from them.

Scam

I've had the same experience as many of the others here.

I ordered a display back in November of 2021 and was told it would take 8-12 weeks to get it. It's now been 9 months and I've received nothing but excuses. I've emailed them numerous times over the past several months and they keep assuring me that it's going to be shipping soon.

It has still not shipped, and at this point I think I've been scammed.

Anyway, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience we could have caused.

Your order is almost finished and it is planned to be shipped the week of June 6th. You'll receive shipment tracking details via email by then.

Missing Order

Original review: I placed an order more than 12 months ago and it has still not been received despite being chased up on multiple occasions. 

The only reply I've ever received has been along the lines of "we are looking into this" and then no further communication for months at a time which necessitates opening yet another "support" ticket query to try to get an update. 

I appreciate that things have been difficult due to covid, but there's no excuse for this amount of delay and lack of communication.

Update and comments:
I eventually cancelled the order and received a full refund, but in order for them to cancel the order they told me i had to "close the support ticket I raised" which entailed removing my original 1 star review from Tustpilot (above), so I did delete it to get my refund which was processed a few days later, but now that the matter is closed, I think it's important to reiterate my original concerns, especially as I now feel "blackmailed" into removing an honest review in order to facilitate a cancellation.

Not a scam, just slow.

Ordered a marvel minifigure frame in November and waited for 4 months. Paid 80 pounds upfront. Logged in recently and found out that something is wrong with my order. Contacted them multiple times but no reply, honestly starting to think it's a scam.
UPDATE: Despite the long waiting time, the product turned out to be amazing, so if they are more efficient, I would probably buy from them again.

STREET FIGHTER DISPLAY #63FIGS

I have a beautiful set of 63 street fighter figures. Set that I am very jealous of, so I needed a safe space to display and protect my figures. I was looking for different options until I found Minifigures display. I placed my order and it was an easy and fast process. In my order I had a little inconvenience, but the staff took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. I had excellent communication with them. The creation of the frame based on my description was perfect, exactly what I had in mind for the look of the display. The display looks high quality and well made. The packaging where the display came was great, very well protected. The manufacturing and shipping time can be long, but once it has been shipped, receiving it is quite fast. They sent me a gift and some beautiful postcards. I am super happy with my display, whenever I see it it makes me smile, with how beautiful the figures and the frame look together.

Slow, very very slow.

Cannot fault the product, it’s really very good indeed, and appreciate it is hand made. However, like all good things. It’s not quick. I’ve ordered 2 frames on 2 separate occasions, and will probably order a third. Both took around 4 months to arrive. Great product, well made, very very slow. Can only assume company is very small and utterly overwhelmed with orders. I’ve yet to find an alternative.
