Please note that these minime pillows are manufactured and sent from China. In this case to Australia as a last minute Christmas gift. Via minimepillow.com.au. I was sceptical that it would arrive but they were FAST. Ordered on the 12th, delivered on the 20th December, Saturday morning. Full communication through their website all the way. I cannot comment on quality as it comes shrink wrapped and flat, but the photo is good. I will wrap as is for Christmas.

I m still waiting, it's being 10 days it is giving same message out for delivery. Not i don't expect it to come.i even sent an email but no response

Shocking. Received wrong item, it was a pillow of someone else’s face and wrong address. Refused to refund shipping at all. They wanted to cancel order and only refund item cost. There excuse was making the cushion cost them money. Not my fault they ship someone else’s to my address and I never received the one I ordered. Avoid avoid avoid

I ordered a pillow online from minimepillow.co.uk and paid for express delivery (which was £29.95), which the company states is 3-5 days. I paid for express delivery as the pillow was a gift and I needed it within the express delivery timeframe as it is for a friends birthday. I did email the company after waiting 7 days and got a very unhelpful reply, which didn’t answer my question. After waiting 9 days it finally arrived however the company is refusing to refund me for the £29.95 express delivery fee despite me not receiving express delivery!
