I got great support after my order when i needed to change the shipping due to a wrong choice of mine. Minipower responded to my e-mail request within 2 work days. Shipping took another 2 work days. I am very satisfied because of the pragmatic way my problem was resolved. I added Minipower to my preferred shopping bookmarks the next things I need for my photovoltaics.
