The delivery time was unacceptable

The delivery time was unacceptable. Same with your responsing time when asking about the. I would love to order more, but I’m afraid to get the same treatment. Also your sale items have weird reduction. Use 20,30 or 50% reduction rate.

Do not order from Minimo Bebe

Minimo Bebe dont allow returns which I’m sure is illegal under consumer law and they make it impossible to get replacement items if they are the wrong size. I ordered a pair of trainers which are too small and after four emails they still haven’t told me how to swap the item for the correct size. Terrible customer service

Overall a bad experience

They do not tell you they are from China, and therefore it will tale ages to be delivered. Also, only one item came and the order status became "delivered" for all the products. And wrote to them non-stop and got no reply until I started to comment on Instagram... a total disaster. And clothes not worth the price. Cute design, mediocre everything else.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Am I being scammed?

I ordered £356 worth of stuff.

I have sent back 4 of the 8 items. No size inside to indicate if it’s actually the correct size and all items came very OVERSIZED!
I filled out the return request but heard nothing back so I posted the items to the senders address on the delivery box as I didn’t want to be told it was then too late.

I’ve heard nothing. I’ve sent multiple emails, instagram messages and comments under posts. ZERO contact. Leading me to worry whether this company is a scam. I am now £161 down from my returns.

This is absolutely appalling.

Do not order from this company!!!

No answer to multiple emails

No answer to multiple emails and messages on Instagram. Ordered 2 items and received only one. Tried to return the only item I had, and no address was given on the online return process, and again no answer. Never buy from this company!

SCAM

Do not buy anything from this company.

I originally found this company through IG. I browsed their website which when you click on any of their items shows a near perfect trustpilot rating. Everything looked legitimate. so I subscribed to their emails to get a discount code and kept getting different offers. Once I placed my order though the emails stopped. When I finally did receive an update I saw that my order was coming from somewhere in china.

I finally received my order only to be disappointed. Nothing was as advertised. I spent $320 on what was supposed to be high quality 100% cotton clothes and leather shoes only to receive clothes that were made of polyester and shoes that smelled and looked like plastic.

I attempted to file a return on their website but the links to do so were broken. When I complained to their customer service team they took 3 days to inform me that I could file a return on their website. So after searching their FAQs page I finally found a return link that worked. I then had to request a return and wait for it to be approved. Keep in mind, their return policy states returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. After 4 days and no word back, I sent a follow up email. I was told my return was approved and given instructions on how to return the items. No return label was provided, just instructions stating to printout a confirmation email and take the package to your local post office or carrier. They also provided a completely different return address to some random place in the Netherlands. When I googled the address a drop off/pickup service “my pup” comes up. I paid over $50 to return the items. I sent the tracking number to mínimo bebé and informed them of the status and never received a response. It has been over a month since I returned my package. I recently checked the status of the return only to find out that the package that made its way to the Netherlands is now being returned.

This company is a scam. They’re selling cheap overpriced clothes that are not at all as advertised and their customer service is verging on nonexistent. Don’t let them steal your money.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company , be careful ❌❌❌❌I have ordered for 200 euros in mid December and I received the order at the end of December.. on 2 January I asked for the return!! They rejected the request without any explanation.. I tried to write them and contact them but no reply .. it’s been two months without any answer… apparently they don’t reply anyone .. be careful of this SCAM

No communication after not delivering items

I originally ordered 2 items on 28/01/2024.
Received 1 item on 5/02/2024 and radio silence on the other item. I have chased multiple times asking where the missing item went. They informed me that the item was out of stock and if I wanted a refund or replacement. We are 1 month later and I still have not received the refund or other item. No communication what so ever, you can only get in touch via e-mail but they don't reply. This is not acceptable for a webshop in 2024. Super disappointed, they have lovely items and the one I received I do like very much.
