Product never arrived
Email received to say product was shipped on 27th June and Royal Mail still have no record of tracking info despite using tracking number provided. Wanted the shirt for an event tomorrow and now too late to find an alternative!

Hi Steve, I am very sorry that your order did not arrive, especially when you needed it for an event. It sounds like it has been lost in the Royal Mail system as we posted it on the 27th June. Unfortunately until they try to deliver the tracking information does not update, so if it goes missing in transit that is the message you will see.
