Bought 2 lots of dungarees from this shop now, and all items were great quality.
The shipping was fast, and on this occasion there had been a problem with my order, and they emailed me straight away to let me know one of the items I'd bought was out of stock, but they would send as soon as they restocked. All items turned up together, so I wouldn't have known any difference, but it was great they were so pro-active. Looking forward to buying from this store again.

I'm always a bit wary of ordering online from a company I don't know. However, nothing ventured...
They were fantastic!
I ordered 2 pairs jeans but the wrong size, so had to return them. The return process was easy (you do need to pay postage) but refund came though quickly.
I ordered the next size down and they fit perfectly. Happy bunny.

I emailed twice to ask for an exchange as the dungarees are slightly snug, but no response.

A very courteous email explaining my email had been missed due to landing in a junk folder.

Since then I have recieved a response, and have exchanged for the next size up, extremely pleased

I had a very pleasant experience shopping with minimum mouse, they ended up not having my size in something but sent the next size to see if that would work. When I contacted customer services they responded quickly and go everything sorted.
