Awful. Won't sort refund out for a long time and are reluctant all the way through the process. 20-30 day for refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered two dresses when they arrived they were nothing like the brochure pictures and both were very poor quality and totally transparent.
Customer service offered all these options return for full refund with them covering the cost, a partial refund in credit or keep the items with a smaller % credit.
I chose return full refund,
This is when they started their annoying replies,
I needed to return item by tracking post at my cost,
I replied showing them the screenshot where it states they will cover costs.
They replied they didn't have a return label do i had to pay, still going back and forth with them with the same annoying replies, stay clear of this company they are a complete sham and the clothes are at best only use full to use as rags.

I will KEEP posting here until my order comes! You realize that I ordered surgical face masks for the COVID virus over 4 wks now...still nothing! My husband found some on Amazon, we got them within 2 weeks! What a surprise!! AND, I STILL CANNOT LOG IN TO THE ACCOUNT I MADE FOR HELP, as you told me to!

It's a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no return process if anything goes wrong. I've spent 4 months trying to resolve the issue with them. They look to appear helpful (and on here), but they don't actually give you the information you need. I've asked sooo many times now for them to provide with details of how I return an item and where to send it, but all they do is apologies and put the issue back on you.

There is a guy called Fabio that you will see from other posts, he tries to look helpful, but it's all diversion tactics. You don't actually get an answer to the actual question/query that you need answering. They told me on the 11th May they sent me details of how to send back the item, but it's not contained in the email. I've raised the issue with Paypal and they are investigating. Seriously guys the customer service is shocking and it's a complete con!! There is no return process - they just fob you off. Again, I've gone through their website and the returns process has NO substance - it's just a front!!

Take your money but you cant find order number on their site so cannot use their system and no ACTUAL contact like email or phone number so you are stuck

This is a fraud site, and I have filed a police report agains them.

The product never arrives and they try to get you to pay more for the shipping. They do not pay out refunds

I have bought a phone case from here before, without any problems. However this time I bought a phone case, and it didn't arrive for over four weeks. When it finally arrived, the material wasn't good quality and the case was lopsided.
This company is very unpredictable and although the prices are good it is not good quality. If you are looking for a phone case, look around and consider spending more money in other places for better quality, and one where it will arrive fairly soon.

Worst service and delivery. To top it off they sell customs insurance and say they will pay the tax. Then they try to cheat their way out of it, when they have to pay up. Don't support this company and don't buy from their site. What a ripoff.
