Hi I am also buy a mountain bike.i made payment online in Feb but till now I didn't get my bike. Can anybody help me for this what should I do.

This is a fake site which they dont provide any details after placing order, this needs to taken care by criminal/ legal team.

I had ordered on mini CPU required for my kids.. After placing order mail came and indicating your order confirmed shipping details will be mailed to you. Still now no update. When I contacted by mail after sending 5th mail also no response I think it a fake site looting people's money. They should be prosecuted under cyber crime on fraud case....

I ordered Mini Laptop Booked Payment Done on dated 5 Sept 2020 yet not received my ordered sent mail no reply no updated. They have no any customer service number. I think minismarttoy company fake and froud company

Yes indeed worst experience. I have ordered mini laptop on 7-Aug 2020. Today is my 3rd follow up with their support ofcourse on email with no response. I didn't see the review or support options on their website properly before ordering, hence I'm caught I guess.
As other reviews mentioned here, there will only be 1 product on display over the website and no tracking at all after the order. Such a fake experience.

Modern time beggars or looters.
Once you order, there is no tracking for shipping. They will never reply for the mails.You will never get return your money.These guys should be penalised they are doing this openly for so long.

This is fake shopping site. It will always have only one product at a time for sell. Once you order, there is no tracking for shipping. They never reply for any other communication and never return back money.
