Ministry of Supply is what J.Crew would be if it had a STEM degree and no patience for dry cleaners

This isn’t fashion—it’s capsule starter clothing. Ministry of Supply builds clothes the way SpaceX builds rockets: performance first, polish second, ego last. With no explosions. You get the fit of a VC boardroom with the utility of a founder running late to a Series B pitch in an overpriced Uber.

Everything they make looks clean, feels bulletproof, and travels well. Stretchy, breathable, wrinkle resistance. This stuff is not a feature, they’re table stakes.

Ministry gets that. Lululemon ABC Pants are lame. Ministry solved decent movement without looking like you’re on your way to a Barry's class.

The aesthetic is subtle—like a smart guy who doesn’t talk much in meetings because he's the one who actually wrote the code and built the deck. It's not tech bro wear, but maybe a little?

Buy Ministry of Supply- great stuff. Or keep pretending your ABC pants are pulling their weight.

Non Existent Customer Service

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this brand was so frustrating I felt compelled to warn others. You can write them emails, call them and leave voice messages but they will not respond. You will have to be extremely lucky to be able to speak with someone in their customer service department. DO NOT buy because in case you need help, it will never arrive!

Pavan, Gihan here one of the founders - I'm so sorry about this we're a small team, but it's no excuse for a lack of a timely response. You can email us directly at concierge@ministryofsupply.com and one of us founders will get back to you to help make this right (and learn about where we can improve).

No customer service

I cannot comment on the garment quality as I never received it but for sure their customer services is really bad. They just do not respond to emails even in weeks! Stay away from this brand

Beware of the Infinity Resale Market!!

Be careful if you search for sale items on the Ministry of Supply's website. I ended up in the Infinity Resale department and bought a shirt for Christmas that was not the correct size, because I didn't see that it was a slim fit. However, because I didn't have my husband try it on within the 2 day turnaround to return it (Christmas), I couldn't return it, I had to "resell" it. Over the course of 5 months, I had to reduce the price multiple times, to where it was 24% less than I paid for it. When someone finally purchased it, I was SHOCKED to see that Ministry of Supply kept 20% of the final resale price! They don't tell you that during the selling process. It wasn't until I indicated where I wanted to money deposited (expecting the sold price) that I saw they kept 20%. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again, and I want to warn anyone who is considering the Infinity Resale Market to think twice.

Hi Susan, Gihan here, one of the founders. Thanks for the candid feedback about our Infinity program - particularly during the holiday season. Also, we're reviewing where we can more visibly share the fees. I'll send an email to you directly - and like to make you whole again.

5 Star Review of Velocity Suit and AeroZero Shirt

I am 5’8” 130lbs with large protruding shoulder blades (imagine if Frodo and Quasimodo had a baby). This has made it super hard to find a blazer, let alone a suit, that actually fits. Almost always are my jacket sleeves too wide. I have always had to make a sacrifice between too boxy to fit my shoulder blades / torso, or too slim to fit my arms and shoulder width. And I always have to buy suit separates.  Anyways, somehow between the material/construction and the sizing/grading, MoS's velocity suit absolutely nails it. I also love the fabric, fit, and details (including the reverse button and hole at the bottom) of the aero zero shirt. I’m just so happy.

Super helpful and fast

Super helpful and fast. I made a mistake on my delivery address and asked if they could cancel my order so I could then complete the correct one. They immediately intercepted my order, refunded it, and created a new one with the correct address for me to complete. All this happened within 1 hour of making the first order and noticing my mistake.

Not Sure this is a legit company

I had the weirdness experience talking with their customer service. Several times, I tried to verify if I was actually talking with a Robot. I couldn't get a word in. When "Zaria" (who wouldn't give me her name at first) said she would have a manager call by the end of the week. This is a Tuesday, so I would get a call for several day. When I first placed my order, I called to clarify about "final sale". I was asked to leave name and number and they would call. Never got a call. I would strongly suggess ordering from a known company whose customer service will work with you

The MoS team are fantastic

The MoS team are fantastic. I've been buying clothes here for work for a year or two now, and I cannot imagine my work wardrobe without the pieces I've picked up from here. My apollo polos (not exaggerating) are as essential as my phone or wallet when heading to the lab. Keep up the great work.

Great polos!

I owned a light blue polo from Ministry of Supply for about 10 years now and it’s still going strong today. Alex from Ministry of Supply recently reached out to me with some promotions and I purchased 3 more Men’s Apollo Polos in black, navy and white.

These shirts are anti-wrinkled, breathable and durable. They’re worth every penny and customer service is excellent! Thank you, Elvie, for your help with my purchases.

Cheers,

Tin

Effortless, timeless beauty

Beautifully effortless pieces that have a classic look. The styles are highly flattering and easy to wear. For a pulled together look that will garner compliments, the clothing has a stylish, expensive feel. I get many compliments on the various pieces I own. The maintenance on Ministry of Supply clothing is phenomenally simple, wrinkle free with a perfect weight to the fabric, never feels heavy or clingy. Customer service is superb if you ever do need to contact them. This would be the perfect place to build a capsule wardrobe, many of the pieces sync together so well.

Great quality clothing that lasts and looks good!

I have ordered clothes from this company for a while and every purchase fits perfectly and looks great wash after wash. The well made interchangeable pieces make packing easy and the clothes look great even after overnight flights. Their customer service is responsive and fast. They will go the extra mile.
