The package was not shipped, and support not responding. I have ordered a mini PC 10 days ago and the shipping status is still "HK, Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet." . I've contacted support 2 days ago and nobody is responding to my email. Really bad user experience...

I never received my package I purchase over $1000.00 worth of items my order is 1956# nobody has help me.

the product (beelink ser7 pro) is a perfect balanced home work pc, the amd vga driver had to be downloaded separately, the power supply eu adapter is a travel adapter on the power supply, available at minixpc for a good price, i trust them, not a two reviewer anyone on aliexpress. good website, smooth payment, and support also answers questions fairly. I will order from them again.

China scam sending the wrong item, offering discount, or else expecting you to send back to them (on your own dime). Paypal protection is rendered useless because they will not hold the seller responsible for return shipping when their "mistake"

After two weeks of use, I can say that I am very proud of my purchase and of having made it at minixpc.com.
The only bad thing, to say the least, was that I bought the onexplayer 2 pro in black and the controllers came in white, also to take into account. Thanks to them, I saved a lot of money in customs thanks to the shipping method they had, I couldn't open the computer from the original box, but it came without even having been turned on once, and that has saved me a lot in tariffs and taxes. . So if you ask for fast shipping, keep in mind that you still can't unpack the PC, but you will save a lot on taxes.
I give them 4 stars out of 5 because the controllers arrived in white, but it would be 5 if they had sent everything correctly.

May not be the site, but the seller themselves. I ordered the miyoo mini 2.8in screen and advertised and received the wrong product. They sent me the miyoo mini plus instead. I’ve emailed them over 24 hours ago about this issue and still haven’t heard back.
