Amazing support! Took me less than 5 minutes to solve my situation.

The person that I talked with (unfortunately I don’t remember her name), she understood the situation immediately and we were still on call when I received the email confirming my refund.

Kind and funny, just 5 stars.

I had bought the intro subscription for 5 days, and I unsubscribed right away so that I won't forget. 4 Months rolls by, and my card has been charged 300DKK 4 times :(
Seems like my unsubscription did not go through, even though I'm 100% sure that I had done it.

I also did not find my apartment through minlejebolig, so I feel even more scammed.

OMG the best best service! I emailed them and luckily they emailed back right away. Usually in Denmark it is rare to receive emails from people and to have minlejebolig to contact me back means complete reliability to me and that they are super trustworthy. This is in my opinion.

They also constantly email me back super quickly with each email!

In addition, this company went above and beyond for me. I also had a comment for them to fix something on the website and if they can help give me the link to apartments in the locations that I couldnt find on their website and they helped with all of this. They took my comment about fixing their website incredibly nicely and they gave me several links with explanations about the links.

It was so nice! Just, I cant stress enough how incredible this company is! I am a super super satisfied customer because of the great and wonderful service of this company!

I extremely recommend them !! Give this company and you will certainly be satisfied as well.

First things first: I‘m more than happy to take the dialogue with their customer service if they’d ever come back to me but they don’t so here I am.

This platform is scammy one non trustworthy for the following reasons:
(1) they don‘t even have a direct contact to whoever is renting out a place, they are merely listing but for getting in touch with home owners/ landlords you would have to login somewhere else again so my question is: WHERE IS THE VALUE PROVIDED HERE?
Mind you why would I even pay for just a listing platform that doesn’t even provide direct contact with the people I actually want to speak to??! You might as well just look at Facebook housing groups it‘s for free (though crowded) but it does the same job.
(2) I contacted customer service to ask to cancel my subscription already in April this year because they make it so hard to find the unsubscribe button on their website interface - no help.
(3) I have tried to log into my account and had to request a new password - no follow up email with a new password.

I‘m currently trapped in this circle where they keep deducting money from my account (299 DKK) per month and they provide no help in any shape or form to solve my unwanted subscription with them.

So my advice is to stay away from this platform and don‘t do the same mistake as I did!!!!!

The website works well overall and there are some nice ads but the weird is that no one got back when I wrote a message.
I've been looking for an apartment for months now and sent messages to a lot of landlords.
No answer through Minlejebolig.
I cancelled my subscription.

Great customer service! Quick reply and they solved my problem without any problems.

the after sales service is good, but the link with another agent is not very reliable. the google browser warn me that the link between wannamove and me are unsafe.

Very understandable and friendly customer service and easy to use. I will recommend it highly and use in the future myself too!

Found a room in less than a week. I think the site works quite well.

After trying to unsubscribe for over almost year ago (my work hadled my phone bill) - they continued to withdraw 224kr from my account. It was flagged and I was in shock it still was being withdrawn. Never trust these guys..

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL!!!
You can end up paying every month without knowing. Once you agree to the conditions you agree that minlejebolig can withdraw money from your account without notifying you.

However, after several emails with the customer service, they have agreed to refund me, as they could see that I have not used their service.

Because their website in on Danish, I could not get myself to the right place and registered in the wrong category twice. Then I wrote to them and got a very fast response with the guideline. However still that was confusing, then call them and then they guide me over the phone and listen to my need and forwarded the best options they had on their platform.

Even though I only signed up for 5days but the afford they put out to fulfill my need is just amazing. I wish all the best for the team!!

I have an account that I believe I had discontinued since April, however until recent I realized that the account still bills me. I wrote to the service from Minlejebolig to inquire the situation, I experience swift and prompt response from the customer service. My point of contact is Dina Bruselius and she helped me to understand and also provided a good communication in assisting me with my issue.

I found a place to live through them, and when I forgot to rescind my abonnement, the gave it all back, so big thumbs up to them :)

They have been very helpful, answering emails and sharing apartments on other social media. I can highly recommend them!
