Erfahrung entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen

Ich habe meine Erfahrung mit diesem Restaurant zunächst auf Google bewertet – sachlich, ohne Beleidigungen oder falsche Aussagen. Darin habe ich beschrieben, dass das Essen für mich eher enttäuschend war, das Ambiente nicht überzeugte, der Service aber freundlich war.

Kurze Zeit später wurde die Bewertung dort entfernt, offenbar nach einem Einspruch des Unternehmens. Ich finde es schade, wenn ehrliche Kundenerfahrungen so verloren gehen – schließlich sind Bewertungen dazu da, anderen eine realistische Orientierung zu geben.

Deshalb teile ich meine Erfahrung hier erneut, um ein ausgewogenes Bild beizutragen: Das Restaurant war für mich in Ordnung, aber insgesamt deutlich unter meinen Erwartungen.
