Based on my experience with the product so far and the onboarding process, I truly believe this will be a game-changer for the team. Mintago has made the setup seamless and user-friendly, and the experience has been incredibly smooth.
A huge thank you to the team, and especially to Helen, who has been an outstanding onboarding manager - always available, responsive, and quick to address any questions we've had. Pension salary sacrifice…
Implementing the salary sacrifice scheme has been a challenge with the payroll provider, but Mintago have been there at each stage to guide and help us through. I have received excellent customer service from the payroll team, Sharon has been a great help.

Customer Support Experience Wonderful
I recently made a purchase and an error arose during this purchase. I reached out to the customer support email provided on the application. Initially my response to my issue was slow, but once I was in regular conversation with Helen my issue was resolved in a timely manner. I appreciate Helen's patience and tireless efforts to rectify and resolve my issue. I also have to thank Kelsey who in conjunction with Helen were able to find a solution to a very unusual and rare occurring problem. I've since used the application to make further purchases and all have been problem free. Thank you again Helen and Kelsey for the support! You are assets to your organisation and I say that because when dealing with my issue you both made me feel like a valued customer.
Awful Non-Existent Help
Originally requested information on the 9th September 2024. FCA advises to give companies a month for your right to information. It’s now nearly over 3 months and I’ve still not received it.
The delay is caused by valid identity issues as it was my old work email however, they could have easily asked my old employers to confirm I am who I say I am as I’ve had contact with both Mintago and my ex employer on the email I was using. I’ve also provided my passport and driving licence.
A valid hurdle that could’ve been easily sorted by now but it seems when agents from Mintago take a disliking to someone (who’s only frustrated because they know the help they’re receiving isn’t how it should be and could’ve been sorted by now), they do the bare minimum to help them which is a shame.
Last time they provided poor service and I left a reflective review, they contacted my place of work to ask them to ask me to remove the review (I did once the help had been provided) so although help should be provided anyway, hopefully this will finally get the ball rolling.
