Incredible Brand of choice
Found this brand at Instagram and was surprise that they have a lot of brands that i havent tried yet and are new to me. I got the Gen-z edit and i love how affordable it is. as well as i got the aurelia edit which is really new to me. I also love their customer service. they response properly and explained well about their company. love this brand. definitely need to try more their products as holidays is coming.

Misleading Promotions, Possible Fraudulent Activity, and Uncooperative Customer Service
I recently encountered a highly disappointing and potentially deceptive situation with Mintdbox. I ordered an Advent Calendar, and during the checkout, a Goody Bag was automatically added to my cart as part of a promotion, which significantly influenced my decision to proceed with the purchase. However, post-purchase, I was told that I didn't qualify for the Goody Bag due to not meeting a minimum spend threshold of 300 GBP.
The misleading part is that the website still continues to add the Goody Bag to the Advent Calendar orders without any clear warnings or conditions regarding the minimum spend. Despite bringing this to their attention, the issue on the website persists, which raises concerns about the transparency and possibly fraudulent intent to either sell non-refundable Advent Calendars or inflate order values to meet the promotional threshold.
The customer service representative, Anna, acknowledged that my order was over the threshold for tax collection but refused to honor the promotion that was part of my purchase agreement. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue amicably, the Mintdbox team remained rigid, insisting that I either pay additional money to qualify for the promotion or forfeit the Goody Bag. Despite the ongoing issue, the Mintdbox team has adamantly stated that the Advent Calendar is non-refundable, even though it hasn't been dispatched or sent out yet. This stance not only showcases a lack of flexibility but also a disregard for customer satisfaction, especially when the misleading promotion on their website is a significant factor in the confusion. It's bewildering that they are unwilling to provide a refund or work towards a satisfactory resolution before the product has even left their facility.
This experience has raised serious doubts about Mintdbox's ethical practices and customer service integrity. The lack of willingness to correct an obvious error and honor the promotion initially implied during the checkout process is disheartening. This ongoing issue not only reflects poorly on Mintdbox's business operations but also dissuades me from recommending their services to others.

2 orders so far
I started with the MZ skin box which was amazing value. I even contacted MZ skin to check batch codes for expiry dates and was happy to hear that 2 of the items had an extra 18 months left (I couldn't find any code for 1 and the other product was expiring the following month so I used that one first)
I've since placed another order for a discovery box and also the advent calendar (I also received a free gift bundle which was really nice). Postage for that was quite a lot (£18.33) but I guess because the box was quite heavy? I didn't mind though because I had received a generous discount for the items.
Delivery was quick, will definitely buy more in the future :)

Very bad customer service!!!
Very bad customer service. Wanted to buy 2 boxes 2 days ago which came with a discount and a free goody bag and was checking the shipping price days before and on the day as different boxes were different for the shipping charges . On the last of the the discount when I wanted to order, the shipping price was different for what I wanted to order again from what I had checked and one order too didn’t come with the free goody bag. I texted customer service and he said the order with the free goody bag was a technical issue and will get back tomorrow and then he said they are closed for the day and will get back by email. They never did and when I texted them online next day and today got the replies below. Their online chat says ‘ We typically reply within a few minutes.‘ But this is their service!!
Their replies -
‘We’re currently unavailable. We’ll get back to you when one of our operators is able to respond. Please provide your email address so we can get in touch with you’
Looks like all of our Operators are offline.Let us reply you by email 🙏

My reply: Why do you reply on the chat service then that you will reply be email which you never did at all?? And halfway into messaging just stop messaging and send such a reply! When a customer sees the pop-up message that an agent is online and if there's a query, the online chat would be the fastest to get a reply. But it never happens! The message ‘We typically reply within a few minutes' should be removed then!!
My reply - I understand that a request for more details of my experience is needed.
There was no order number as on the day when I wanted to place my order, I found out that the shipping charges were different from the day before.
After texting customer service who were online and had no reply but only those messages which said will get back to me by email...will get back to me as soon as possible... which never did, I didn't place an order. And then the discount was over.!
UPDATE - I have been their customer since 2021 and have bought 9 boxes so far, including last year’s Advent Calendar.
Yesterday 17 November, I received a few emails on their Black Friday discounts which offered 35% on The Gift Store and a Goody Bag for purchases above £350.
I logged in to the site and was thinking to purchase some items but the Goody Bag didn’t show when checked out.
The customer service was available online and I texted my query on why was the Goody Bag not showing when checked out. The system asked to introduce myself through my email address and I typed my email and asked again the same question.
The reply was ‘Hi there. We are unable to support with any future purchases from yourself.’
I asked why was that so and the reply was ‘As expressed we are unable to service you any further. We advise using another store for your skincare purchases. We wish you the best. Kindest.’
I was appalled at the reply and I asked again what was the reason for it as I would like to know the reason and I will bring this matter up if there is no valid reason.
The reply was ‘We have many valid reasons and we are not at liberty to discuss.’
OMG! What sort of customer service was that? Instead of learning and improving from their customer service issues, their service turned from bad to worse instead!
With such bad service, they are losing more loyal customers like myself when instead they should be building a lasting connection with their customers, putting customer’s needs first, going above and beyond customer expectations service and building a lasting connection with their customers.
And there are many, many other beauty sites online with much, much better service!
The customer service really need to be trained to become better at helping their customer, being empathetic and putting their customer’s needs first!!!!.
I shop online a lot and so far, I have never come across such customer service!!!!

Great small business
Have ordered two different boxes now and was blown away by the amount you get for the price, so much so I spent a lot of time checking that it wasn't a scam 1st time around. Have absolutely loved all of the products I've received, one was a build your own which gives you a chance to pick exactly what you want from a great range of luxury products, another was a gift edit at an amazing price when compared to the normal cost of the products included. I got a good discount off the gift edit and they even threw in an extra full size product as a freebie which is something I will definitely use, so I probably ended up getting a bunch of products worth at least 5 times what I paid for them. Never had any issues with delivery or service either. Would recommend.

I ordered 2 boxes until now and the 3rd one is on its way. I can only say, I love these boxes. Yes they do cost more, but have full size (amazing) products, for which you would otherwise had to pay much more than the price of the box. Plus, I've always bought them on offer and paid even less. ♥️

Bought a box in August, Opened in May and product was off 🤢
Bought a Mintd box in August, opened the face cream from the box in May and the product (Sunday Riley Tidal face cream) was off; separated and smelt fishy. Now this is a cream I’ve been using for years, Mintd wrote to me to tell me the product was fine; that it was normal, just mix it and ignore the fishiness - yuck. Unbelievable. Avoid.
Shockingly Bad Service
I love luxury skincare and was excited to have found a beauty box which offered many brands I love. It’s a very overcrowded and competitive marketplace so I am surprised that the service they offer is so dreadful.
Like others, I had written emails and tried to call as I had questions but when there was no response or if I was fortunate it was very delayed.
Initially I had paid and signed up for three months and within that time had ordered two mystery boxes (full of rubbish and subsequently returned) but felt that I did not want to trust them with any further monies given how awful their service was. I love to support small businesses so I’m not sure why a company that is so active on social media feels that they can ignore customers with legitimate queries. I, like many others would have continued to subscribe if I felt that their brand was trustworthy.

Edited to add- Credit card company has upheld my complaint and I have received my money back. I recommend others to the same. Original post - Do not get involved with this company. Continued to take money off me despite me sending several emails trying to cancel. Only ever had one response from them which was very dismissive, wrongly alleging that they didn’t receive notification in time despite evidence to the contrary. Do not order from this company the customer services department is appalling no response to emails. Long dispatch and delivery times. You can never get through to speak to someone using the contact number just goes straight to voicemail. No returns label enclosed in the parcel.

I was a loyal customer since August 2020 but now will never order again from this shop and will never recommend it to anyone. My parcel was stopped by EU customs and I requested from mintdbox an invoice to finalize customs clearance. I emailed several times, I called, I posted in instagram and it was impossible to get in touch with mintbox (by the way, instagram posts they update regularly). Today my parcel was destroyed by spanish customs as I couldn´t provide them an invoice within designated time and fill declaration form. Amazing experience, guys. I paid 95 EUR for smth that will never arrive to me DUE TO YOUR COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE. See you in a court...

Only reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is that I’ve had a couple of duplicates and I didn’t get the usual birthday gift they send this year.. overall though it’s a super monthly treat and I look forward to unboxing each month 🙂
Not recommend
Very poor communication, did not recieve a shipping confirmation email despite emailing them for one. Spent over £150, the gwp bag was damaged had a pen line mark on it, tried removing with isopropyl hasn't budged at all. One of my items in the box was poorly packed and caused damage to the external box.
Emailed them, tried to call them (never any answer) left Instagram comments on there photo asking for a follow up response.
Anna did reach out prior for images but still no response. Really dissapointing, I'm all for supporting small business but the way they have treated a first time buyer is very dissapointing. Cheryl & Elsie the co founders - I really hope you take this on aboard.
Luxury products for a resonable (not little) price
I ordered a gift-box, which means it is a range of products of one brand. The price was great, the service fast, I received a box in a good condition, no complaints!
P.S. There is shipment fee, but you don't pay any taxes ordering to France.
