Abusive, rude & inedible food

Spent £65 here, ordered the food just before 7pm, it arrived at just before 9pm, but on the app it said it had arrived at 8.05pm?! Almost 2 hours! We had to ring 4 times & they kept saying 5 more minutes, the food came it was Luke warm at best, grease all over everything, they put the cold can of pop in with the "supposedly" hot food, we ordered a Daal, that was half full but all it was was melted runny butter with a few pieces of garlic in, the samosa were tiny & clearly the same ones you get frozen from the supermarket 25 for £6, I ordered lamb chops which were £7.05, that didn't turn up they replaced it with eh cheaper lamb tikka which was cheaper at £4.85, they never informed us of this they just did it but took the money for the lamb chops! We rang complaining & were so rude, shouting & swearing down the phone at my partner & also my 66 year old mother in law, making all sorts of excuses up, telling us we weren't getting a refund and to take it up with Just Eat, who then said they can't help us as we paid cash! So they were useless! The driver rang back asking us to not report it as he will get the sack, not our problem, the next morning they rang asking for someone called Rita, nobody called Rita here & he said he was a policeman, he said I'll give you my collar number if you want, which he didn't, he said we were abusive on the phone to them & he was investigating, I hung up, we ordered 5 days ago & the supposed "policeman" rang the day after, 4 days ago, I blocked the number & we've not had 1 phone call since, wouldn't they have rung off another number? Someone surely would've been to the house by now but nobody has, so they're sent, Luke warm, inedible food, made a right mess of everything, 2 hours to come and it sounds like the driver had it and hour, tried to intimidate us when we rang, impersonating a police officer, the day after, Just Eat was shocking but they'll keep these restaurants on their platform, the reviews speak for themselves, by the sounds of it they need reporting to environmental health which we'll also be doing, stop buying from these places it's the only way they'll treat their customers with respect & serve hot, edible food, looks like we'll never get our £65 back & we need to all stick together & boycott these people.
